I made an appointment for yesterday evening at 9:15 p.m. on the homepage and was already standing in front of the closed door at 8:58 p.m. The opening hours at the test center say that it should be open at 9:00 p.m. - so a double discrepancy. I would be interested to know whether she was billed twice, even though I wasn't able to make the appointment.

Friendly, free mask and quick service, but none of this is of any use if the test is carried out incorrectly. For me and two other friends there was reasonable suspicion (several positive tests previously carried out at home), but in this test center here it was still negative. Half an hour later there was another positive result at another test center. Luckily we stuck to our guns, because I don't think it's cool to walk around in a positive way without knowing it.

The team is super nice! I didn't have an appointment and still got there straight away. The test was also carried out very pleasantly and professionally. A big plus is the free FFP2 mask, which you can choose in different colors :) Thank you!

Now back to the cell phone repair shop. I had my iPhone screen changed there. All in all, I was quite satisfied on site, but the new screen showed the first errors on the same day and has not been able to be used properly since then. A new exchange, again in the three-digit range, will be necessary.

I always enjoyed going to this test center. The process is still very uncomplicated and quick. However, the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired compared to previous encounters. I can at least expect a greeting.

Poorly executed test. Only at the bottom of the nose. Of course the result is then negative. All my other tests were positive. Update: I was kindly offered to repeat the test free of charge. This time the markings were done more carefully and the result was correspondingly different.

08:17: A queue of 15-20 people is standing in front of the door of the test center because it supposedly opens at 08:00. People have appointments, have to go to work, etc. It's finally opening. There isn't even an apology...

Both the receptionist and the tester were very friendly. My result also came very quickly and not as delayed as I am used to from other test centers. On top of that, there was also a mask for free...Thank you for the good work you do! Kind regards & see you next time! ;-)

The swab was only taken from the lower edge of the nose (maybe 1 cm), not at all comparable to other test centers and more of a joke. Even though I was positive (self-test), this test center gave me a negative rapid test! I wouldn't go if you want an accurate result!

Very friendly, so my “fears and worries” and, to be honest, my tension disappear quickly. Hygiene is also very important to me in a test center and everything feels sterile here. I often received an appointment spontaneously. I can definitely recommend the center.
