Gave birth here on 29/12/2021. the doctors and staff are very nice. I, not knowing German, could find a common language with them, since everyone is very friendly and knows their job, I gave birth! it was not easy, but the nurses supported me, thank you very much for that! And the doctor who delivered the baby is a young girl, her hands are golden, she's just great. I am very glad that I gave birth to a healthy son. Thanks to all the staff at this clinic!👏👏👏

Very rudely treated at Notaufnahme. We went there on a Sunday afternoon. There were no other patients in the Notaufnahme. A very militant nurse was more interested in Social distancing than the actual patient She took my husband’s insurance card and disappeared for 45 minutes whilst he sat in pain. I eventually called a colleague ( I am a doctor myself, we made the diagnosis ourselves and I got the necessary medication from the emergency pharmacy. We never saw the nurse or a doctor at the Notaufnahme in that time and left. What happens to people not related to a doctor????

I had my second child delivered at this hospital. I can highly recommend. Doctors and nurses were highly competent, extra caring and very accommodating. From the prepping to the delivery to the recovery i felt in good hands. Rooms were big enough, i initially requested for private but i did not insist since i was admitted during pandemic and no husband allowed in the delivery area and no visitors as well so a company in the room during this time is badly needed for my sanity 😊. Kudos to the nurses and staff at St. anna ward.

We would like to thank you for the professionalism and for the care you took for our granddaughter before, during and after the birth! It was a pleasure for us to choose your hospital and your colleagues, who coped flawlessly with the difficult birth and made every effort to save the lifes of our daughter and granddaughter. Best regards, Nevena Dobler's family :)

It was a mixed bag but overall, not bad. Some of the staff are so lovely and helpful. But a couple were terrible - awful bedside manners, no idea how to deal with a baby, brusque and unhelpful. One dumped my bed beside the crib when I asked for it - expecting me to unfold it with a baby on my arm, while another, a male nurse, was repeatedly rude and stuck the bed and crib together, leaving me no space to stand beside the crib and rock my baby to sleep in the night. Totally unacceptable. I tried my best to explain in the German I knew but to no avail. Another negative point is that no one ever asked what my 7 month old needed to eat. For two and a half days, his solids schedule went for a toss. Sure, some food was provided when I asked for it but why wasn't I asked for his food preferences beforehand? A special mention to the catering staff (adult meals) - they are so sweet and hard-working. The doctors and facilities are also excellent. No complaints there. But please be careful whom you hire and train your staff well. Thanks to all the nurses and staff who patiently guided me around whenever I lost my way.

We have visited Notfall yesterday. We waited 2,5 hours, and the secretary said it is totally normal. Take food near you for baby, cause you are going to be there long time. There is comfortable parking there 2,5 hours costed 4,5€. The good things about receipts for children it is fully covered by insurance. gute Besserung for all children.

Everyone was very friendly and nice to me, doctors were very professional. I didn't try to speak with them on English, although they offered me (I figured sometimes it's better to listen on their mothertongue, since they can tell more) Doctors gave me good details on my operation - before and after, and nurses took good care of me after operation. However, whatever the reason you need to come here, you need to calculate very long waiting time. There are a lot of patients and not always enough room and stuff for everyone, therefore you need to wait for long time, but I think it's true to every hospital right now. But once the doctor is with you, he really takes time to explain you everything, which I find very nice after bad experience with doctors in clinics around
