Garbage, woman at the front seems to hate Americans. Refused to correct my order because she claimed she did not have time and told me if I wanted it corrected to order again. Note that I hadn’t even received my order yet. As an American I can say this place is an embarrassment to the chain. The supervisor was there watching the whole thing as well. Food was also subpar garbage, paid 40 euros at this place might as well have tossed that money in the trash. Will never be returning, if you are an American or a foreigner understand that they do discriminate and you will not be treated fairly!

1 star: food was reasonably good. No more stars: i ordered a takeaway of three cupped items. They were "not able to" give me a bag to take these with me. The walk back to the hotel was not fun.

The food was good and fresh. Fast food we all know. The staff is friendly. 1 STAR for service BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TOILET. IT'S OUTRAGEOUS to have to pay for the bathroom as a customer.

OK you are not expecting a fine dining experience from the golden arches but this is a pretty grim McDonald's - very busy and not enough staff - food rubbish laying around everywhere, people complaining about missing orders and wait times, touch screens not working, huge queue for the toilets - I just gave up.

Ordered 400ml cold brew and they gave 200ml and refused to fill more. Worst McDonald’s in Germany.

Dont pay for the toilet!!! ITS A SCAM!! We ate here but the african cleaning lady told us we need to pay after using, there’s no sign, nothing. She was rude when asked and keep insisting. Then we saw her took the money to her own pocket!

They Won’t tell you when the coffee shake is low/empty. Instead they’ll give you a cup of ice, a bit of milk. A tiny bit of the coffee shake and a lot of whip cream. They will warn you That the new paper lids don’t fit the cups though….. they also will reuse drinks, if someone doesn’t pick up their order within a few mins, they will take it and give it to the next person. If you order a shake or ice cream they’ll top it off so you don’t see it’s fully melted.

The most disgusting McDonald's I've ever seen in my entire life. I've traveled to several countries and I've probably never seen anything like it. Cold food, terrible service staff, hygiene in the establishment does not exist (everything dirty chairs, tables, window glass, the floor is even worse....) at a time when covid 19 is still talked about, I advise people to go elsewhere. I even advise the authorities or administration to close the establishment and that they think a restructuring of employees there is urgent.

Gave me the wrong flavour milkshake then were super rude when I politely asked them to swap it. Got a quarter full, half melted milkshake of the correct flavour along with angry stares.

We asked the manageress for no ice and she told us off for not saying before and was soo rude no customer service skill whatsoever. Then she went out for a cigarette three times before we finished eating...blond Manager so rude.

Scammers paradise! No matter how much you pay for food, you have to pay an unofficial fee to use the toilet. They do not give you any receipt for it, which I am sure it's illegal in Germany. Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid this McDonald’s if possible. I’m the first customer of the day. Wait for 30 minutes but yet got my simple hamburger done. Hot coffee has become cold because of the waiting. Terrible management on this site. Someone from the HQ should deal with it seriously. Worst McDonald’s I have ever visited.

Worst experience I've ever had in any fast-food/restaurant. While we waited for our order, one of the man behind the counter was face-timing someone and filming my friend non-stop like if she was an animal at the zoo , and he wasn't even hiding it. When she noticed and decided to leave, the man mysteriously ended his call immediatly and went back to the kitchen. It was dead obvious what was going on but none of his colleagues said anything, like it was normal. I hope the management team become aware of this because this kind of behaviour is disgusting. I have nothing but regret going here.

Fast serving, good taste food, fresly made, Dome is very close, not so clean table, floor. Big portion, good quality.

Worst ever experience for life. I lost my laggage while eating and be vigilante about your belongings. Never left them at any time and robbers may be eating on the other table. Staff well aware about the thefts and no action has been taken to prevent them. They even did not publish notice about thefts and ultimately it will be at your side.

Horrible service, a lot of homeless people inside (that's only one good thing about stuff) broken entrance door, too cold inside. Highly recommend to take out food and do not try your luck with personal.

ordered a menu with a chicken burger and a cheese burger, got 2 cheeseburger, i reported it to the staff, they gave me the chicken burger for free, great service.

Not a quite nice experience. First of all, two burgers missing from our order; then gave the big mac instead of a double big mac; then go to the toilet with paid receipt still ask for 50cent. Although all of the above is solved fast, still makes us feel not so good. Hope because of the crowd that makes these mistakes.

Surprised to see such low standards of McDonald's. Food is served cold, have to wait for a cashier to be present at the cashier desk to take ur order and pay, no greetings. Its really the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had with cold and stale food.

The food was not warm anymore & too soft (we had the BigMac and the chicken wrap). Also, the place was quite dirty unfortunately. We have been in much better McDonalds before world wide.

The McDonald's here was a great experience back in 2015. The staff were very polite and proficient in English. They allowed us to use vouchers here too.

The McDonald's itself is fine and has decent food and sitting place. The problem is the toilet, I don't understand why would you need to pay for a toilet if you're a customer

Food was great, staff were kind, got an extra free burger on accident 👍, all the people talking about paying to use the loos is just a custom in Germany.

I was missing an item from my order. It was to go, so of course i haven't checked. But when I got home it was already too late. It wasn't the first time. I don't recommend it for to go orders, or atleast if you do, check before you go.

The McDonald's itself is fine. However, the way we need to pay to go to the toilet is ridiculous. I'd already paid for the meal, but some lady blocked my way, asking for 50 cents. I've never seen anything like that in any other McDonald's. It's okay if it's on a voluntary basis, but not as an obligation.

The food is tasty, however they gave us the wrong tea type, so we had to ask them to change it. Toilet fee is 50 cents, which is not expensive, but not very pleasant, because we had paid for the meal.
