Very friendly staff. However, I have a feeling that there should be at least twice as many as there are . This is especially true for Saturdays. The waiting time can be really long.

Tobi (Mr. Loefler) is the best guide you could have if you are starting at the salt water hobby. I've been into fresh water aquarium since I was a teenager (33 now), but this is a totally different world and Tobi has been absolutely great with his advice. He even stops you from over purchasing and asks you to be patient. Love this place and highly recommend it
