On the day of the operation I had to wait a long time for my treatment and was then seen by Dr. Asani accused of intentionally delaying treatment, which made the already unpleasant surgery even more stressful. The evening after the operation I was in so much pain that I had to go to the hospital emergency room twice to have my eyes anesthetized. The note with an emergency number for pain after the operation was not given to me until the next day, which I found to be inappropriate. A resident told me before the operation that I would probably be able to go back to work soon, which was not the case. Instead, my vision in the treated eye was very poor and I was no longer able to perform my job duties. In my opinion, the information given before the operation was inadequate because I was not informed about the possible extreme myopia, which would severely limit my professional activity for a long time. The reaction to my critical review, which casts a bad light on the clinic, is particularly disappointing. Instead of seeing this as a starting point for improving treatment and education, an attempt was made to remove the review and, despite adjusting the review and the text of the review, I was banned from further treatment. I find this extremely non-transparent, inappropriate and disappointing. I feel let down, which means that I can only advise other patients to do their research and, if necessary, get a second opinion. Given my experiences with the eye clinic, I cannot recommend it.

Ultimately, criticism is unwelcome here. After the clinic unsuccessfully tried to have negative Google reviews removed, it is now refusing further treatment instead. Medical treatment is good here; Transparency, patience and empathy with the patient are absolutely inadequate.

I am very grateful for the great, personal care and after just over a week the allergic reaction had already disappeared. Today, six months after the operation, I am glad that I had laser eye surgery here, I am completely satisfied with the result and have already recommended the clinic to many friends.

Statt des Sehtests wurde eine Augendruckkontrolle und weitere (nicht geforderte und nicht erforderliche)Test gemacht, und diese Leistungen sollten laut Dr. Asani im vollen Umfang beglichen werden. Die von mir eingeschaltete Ärztekammer hat meinen Einwand vollumfänglich bestätigt, so dass die Rechnung auf 63,97€ korrigiert wurde.
