A drunk guest (who had nothing to do with us) broke our door at midnight. The hotel did not offer us any other room nor did they help us in any way. We had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night, on our own. They told us they would refund us all the money, but they have not. Absolutely disgusting "hotel". Conditions of the rooms were terrible.

I was debited twice by mistake and they refuse to refund me. -125€

Knowing that this is a budget hotel, it met my expectations. Ali and Handan were very helpful with checking in and answering my questions. The location is excellent.

I booked a room without executive bathroom and was extremly happy to hear upon checking in that I can stay at Mondial part of the hotel in much much better room! Staff was just fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. I can not find any downside to my stay at this hotel! Thank you! :)

Very clean rooms and bathrooms( PS: I had the one with attached bathroom, not sure about shared bathrooms). The rooms are spacious enough and does the job for the great price.

It seemed to be cheap and well located:) but..a very, very scary place in Dusseldorf. Broken windows ...whole night a huge noise from an outside street. Smelly curtains. Never more...

Hotel is fabulous and well located. The only thing windows do not close, sheets stink of smoke and the toilet is rather on the dirtier side.

It's not the most beautiful hotel in the world with basic amenities only. The price is amazing and is very close to the city centre train station.

Stay for 2 nights. Close to Dusseldorf HBF, good location, good price. The room is small,but for short stay alone is good.

The location was pretty ok, not too far away from the train station. The rooms are fine also, however the group toilet was rather disgusting.

Hotel is one floor of old building in terrible shape. There is very unpleasant smell inside. Lot of trash inside of the building.

You get what you've paid for There are 3 things which are of concern - the toilet is 1 per floor, the shower is somehow messed up - even the most light touch changes output temperature dramatically, the remote to TV is not working. Apart from that it is ok

I think about this as not a hotel, but more of a slightly run down apartment house who happens to change tenants frequently. Extremely expensive for services provided. Hotel prices in Düsseldorf change based on events going on in the city, I came during some medical expo. + close to city centre + good WiFi connection - not so well furnished (at all)- not so clean - noise from the street, especially at night - quite cold (November) - not very nice neighbourhood - extremely expensive for service level (€530 for two nights)

Actually a great deal. Very cheap and great location. Don't expect too much obviously but it more than covers what you need for a night in Düsseldorf.

Mediocre. Great for the price that you pay. But something that ı cannot see was biting me when I lie on the bed
