Unfortunately,
I
have
had
mostly
very
negative
experiences
with
carpentry.
Despite
the
very
nice
building
with
a
good
concept
of
“upscale”
living
for
students,
you
are
disappointed
every
day.
Communicating
with
the
property
management
via
the
chat
function
is
very
tedious,
as
answers
are
simply
not
responded
to
or
even
answered.
Overcrowded
garbage
rooms,
dirty
common
areas
or
package
thefts
are
just
a
few
of
the
problems
that
have
not
been
dealt
with
in
the
slightest
since
I
moved
in
in
2021
(as
one
of
the
first
residents
of
the
house).
Cleaning
staff
and
a
caretaker
who
appears
from
time
to
time
only
provide
a
short-term
solution.
Four
washing
machines
for
over
200
residents
is
also
rather
ridiculous.
The
highlight
for
me
is
the
deposit
refund
of
over
€2000.
Messages,
demands
and
deadlines
from
me
were
completely
ignored.
Consequently,
after
almost
6
months
of
no
response,
I
had
to
hire
a
lawyer.
The
lawyer's
letter
including
the
claim
was
sent
on
Friday,
I
received
a
prompt
reply
in
the
app
on
Monday
and
the
deposit
was
paid
back
to
me
over
the
course
of
the
week.
I
clearly
suspect
that
behind
such
inconsiderate
behavior
there
is
a
system
that
deliberately
exploits
students.
So
I
clearly
can't
recommend
the
carpentry
and
advise
everyone
to
look
for
somewhere
else
to
stay.
Completely
overpriced
apartments,
neglected
buildings
and
an
unscrupulous
property
management
team.
