I've been a customer at Domino Friseur for over 2 years. I was fortunate that my fiance tried out this place first, when wanting to get a haircut before his job interview. He told me that he found the perfect place for me when we move to Cologne. One knows, that finding a good and trusted hairstylist can be difficult and it does require a lot of trial and error. My hairstylist is Julia and I am always very happy with everything Julia has done to my hair. I'm never worried that if I have an idea and a need for change, that Julia will ever let me down. She always gives me tips and recommendations and is very open to trying out different styles and cuts. I have only been styled by Julia but I can definitely feel that this salon has a very friendly atmosphere and the other stylists are very professional and that have a list of loyal customers that have been going there for years (my current boss is one of them). Helpful for foreigners- I talk to Julia in English and even though I could explain it in German I feel more comfortable and relaxed when I can explain in detail what I'd like, so if you're looking for a stylist with very good English, I highly recommend this place.

My small daughter needed urgently to go to the toilet and was allowed although we were not customers. She even got a lolly afterwards and they were very friendly. That shows what kind of people work here

Thank you for the great service and warm advice. I feel incredibly comfortable every time and am super happy with my hair. Verena is a true master in her field and puts her whole heart into it. This also extends to the entire team. Domino hairdresser is also very customer oriented. Timo made the impossible possible and organized the great Lisa for my civil wedding at short notice, who, by the way, is just as great as everyone else! I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

The staff made my husband and I feel welcome on a busy Saturday morning. My cut and color are excellent, and my husband was very pleased with his haircut (I think it made him look more handsome and polished). We plan to return to Domino’s when we are in Cologne again and I highly recommend the salon for travelers from the USA or other countries!

I came to see Julia right after getting a Terrible colour somewhere else. She was super professional and came up with a plan to fix it. I felt relieved and left much much happier than when I walked in. Professional, kind and competent.
