A great place for electronics shopping in Germany. The prices of electronic goods is cheaper than the neighboring Switzerland and Belgium. They also have VAT return counter within the market itself so you don't have to wait for your return to the airport for getting the refund. There are ample options for electronic goods for all age groups. The place is bustling with people. The Lego store pictured here is also located in this area.

My second choice concerning music - CD and vinyl. Sometimes you find an exclusive item.

Stop selling Fitbit product as long there is no customer support for it. They don't care about customers, they only want your money and then they just don't care. You will stay with the very poor quality device. The Charge 4 I had just stopped working properly, the Charge 6 came with shorter wristband. Waste of money.

We said that we wanted to buy an iphone in the form of tax free. They gave us a set of papers and said the transaction was complete. However, when we arrived at the airport, they said that these papers were not tax free forms and we could not get our money back. We had a great disappointment. Even after we sent an e-mail, no one came back. It's their fault for not providing the tax free form but they are doing nothing to resolve it.

Would totally give them a zero if I could. They sent my phone to Apple and they didn't repair it, the phone had a defect. They told me to actually just go on and freaking "use it and try it" like I hadn't paid a penny for it. The phone literally had a scratch inside the lens glass. I don't blame them for the defect but their service is less than helpful or rather, far from it. And do not be bothered by their reply to this review, they don't mail you back even when you've mailed them a detailed description of the interaction you had with the service staff.

Awful management, the poor workers there don't even get to have a chair, coming from another country with better work ethics and seeing poor workers being deprived of such basic human rights is honestly disheartening. I feel lucky for working in my country with better rules.

You cannot find someone to help you. I told someone that one specific handy is turned off and if he can just open it, I waited for I don't know how long; he never came for this 1 minute. I approached someone else (finally someone was available to help you). He just told me that if it is closed then it isn't charging... So not even charged handys here. In the 1st floor there was no one to be seen for help. I wasn't impressed by the store.

The store is good with a lot of choices, though a bit confusing to find your desired item. But, the rating is for poor behavior of staffs & misinformation. One day i was told that i would get discount and tax free both & next day, They asked me choose either of them & Literally they gave me 2 mins to decide in a very rude way, may be racial profiling. I decided to leave. :)

The worst service. One of the workers refused to sell me a videogame for 18+ because she didn't accept my ID card cause it was Spanish. I'm clearly older than 18 and I certificated it, but for some reason she refused to sell it to me without an explanation.

I was just looking for a charger for my Nintendo 3ds but the store overview (which story to find which item) was printed way too small and was only to be found directly in front of the escalators, where basically everybody tried to pass by so you weren't able to read anything at all. Also the layout was extremely confusing to me because there was only an entire section for consoles but not specifically labeled like for example Nintendo or Xbox. It was just one part of "consoles" and it took me 10 minutes to find the charger in midst of Nintendo switch products. I would've wished for a clearer design.
