Love decathlon, but this branch really lacks of variety, it’s even worse after any holiday or in the beginning of season (ex: looking for warm/snow shoe when winter is coming), it is always very messy as well (things are open, in the wrong shelf, no prices available to check, products opened from their packages or missing inside package, shoes missing the other pair (CHAOS!!) There is other near decathlon store branch with more options or even WITH products you see on website. Good thing: they have that self payment system and this make all very fast.

Small but has many things. The one in Cologne is bigger and nicer. Could not find any shirts or shorts on a Saturday morning. I kinda wasted my time going there but the store is find.

I bought a bike online and due to corona regulations, the only way to get it was to get it delivered to my place. However, THE ONLY time frame is Mon-Fri between 8 and 12 o´clock. So people who work cannot purchase online. They should add that as a slogan. Had to cancel my order after 2 weeks of trying to find a way to get my bike.

Great staff, everyone happily helped me without any problems with that I am not speaking German. Store is quite well equipped, but checking availability of certain bicycle sizes on the web is a good idea.

This is a big market selling sports equipment and clothes. The prices are at the same level and suitable in many countries of the world.

Awful customer experience. I came to pick up a Click & Collect, I waited 20 minutes because they were saying it was not arrived. (It was notified as arrived in my account) I tell them that maybe it's in another place, they just say "No it is not" while only checking on their phone instead of looking at it with their eyes. They called the store manager, Moniek, which just answered : "She will wait for 10 minutes, I am eating." After 25 minutes and showing them the order number, MIRACLE ! It was arrived and in another place than usual ! It was really not useful to move. Thank you for your lazyness, thank you for your lack of consideration, I'll never go back in this store. If I could rate 0/5, I would do it.
