If you want to lose your time you can enjoy it here. Otherwise it doesn't worth it at all. The trainer's are just bunch of regular training kid's who doesn't have much experience with Martial Arts... in most of the trainings can't even sweat. And not many training partner's no sparing's in MMA no possibillity to train in many classes (even the conctract say you can train in any class you want) no explosive training 30 minute worm up and 10 grapling technik's for 30 minutes... 🥴🥴(weirdest one posible) and training is over don't even need to put mouth protector or glove's on.If you complain you will get angry look's and attacked. MMA training is BJJ,Wrestling is BJJ and mostly BJJ training is here.(MMA striking is Kickbox) is not mixup at all.Why do they even call it MMA Cage..And most important it's sucha negative enviroment..

I live out of town, wanted to drop in for a session whilst in Cologne. For reasons that could not be explained, I could not train just the one session, the only way I would've been able to train is to sign up to a contract. So was turned away and did not get to train. However that being said the Gym looks really Clean and Professional, if I lived in Cologne, I would have signed up.

Great studio/equipment, great trainer. But there are clearly more contracts being concluded than there is capacity. Unfortunately, cleanliness is also a clear issue. Ringer fungus was already on the agenda. Unfortunately the fun was lost because the training sessions were simply too crowded.

Easily the best fighting school I've ever trained at in Germany. Extremely professional teachers and very passionate students. Lots of professional fighters train here, and the BJJ , MMA and Muay Thai training is all top level. The owner Josef has put a lot of love and work into this place and it really shows. If you live in Cologne and want to get in shape or train for an upcoming fight, this is the place to go.

Very special MMA club. Carefully selected members, consciously designed space, very broad course schedule. Very much recommended!
