    As an American living in Hannover, I feel embarrassed that Apple has a store here that delivers the worst customer service. There are staff running around without responsibilities and no one comes to help. I asked kindly and the gentleman man with long hair and glasses simple told me I have to wait. He did not even direct someone to help me. I am sorry, but this is horrible. Apple needs to check this store.

    Something is definitely wrong. I know they have a lot of customers but the staff project the stress on the customers. Really turning away from apple. Spent 45 minutes to just buy AirTags.

    All types of apple products are available from phones, ipads, TV, ear pods and laptop. You are allowed to touch and play the phone to best suit you. There are more than three people helping the customers get know better about the products. Thus, it's a best place for APPLE LOVERS

    We entered the store, wanting to buy a Mac Studio. However, no one noticed us. I asked one who was standing and looked busy, if we could talk to anyone here about buying a Mac Studio. I received a reply that he was from technical support, but as soon as he saw a free colleague, he would be sent. Of course, no one came. I have been to many Apple stores around the world, I can only say one thing about the Apple store in Hanover, Apple should URGENTLY close this store, reform the structure of employees who will be at a professional level, in terms of appearance and knowledge, who will know the basics of communication with clients who want buy Apple products. The manager who runs the Apple store in Hanover should be ashamed that he allowed the Apple store to fall to such a level. I really hope that Apple will finally react and make a radical change. Rudeness, irresponsibility, unfriendly environment, some staff look like they came from the beach and not representing a corporation, and such "staff" should not represent the most famous brand in the world.

    I can’t believe they can lie people that easily. They told me that there is no hope to save my data on my damage MacBook Pro, also asked me to agree for the probable costs up to 1,400 €!!!! I refused and gave my laptop to another technician. He just fixed it for me in 5 minutes with only 60 €. Even 1 star is tooooo much for you fakeeee technicians 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    Waste of time! I called this apple store upfront: they offered to fix a broken screen of an ipad. It was supposed to be a quick exchange in the apple store (with appointment). In the store they claimed it was a special kind of broken screen that does not fall under the warranty and did NOT fix or exchange it! -> 1,5h in the store, 1,5h travel time -> 3h wasted because apple employees didn't manage to talk to each other. I stopped using my iphone and ipad -> recommending a surface pro (Microsoft) and Pixel (Google). Both cheaper, both with better customer service (at Saturn it really takes them less than 10 minutes for the exchange).

    My mother, an elderly Lady, made an appointment as instructed via phone to receive help with her new iPhone 12. My mother explicitly asked for a person with some patients. She was rushed out after only a couple of minutes, her questions regarding her new iphone were not answered, and she still can't use her phone. This is the second time this has happened to her in this store. This behavior is unacceptable; it is age discriminating and simply rude. My mother was shaking and very upset leaving this Apple store in Hannover. She did not feel safe and supported.

    I didn't expect so low qualified and ignorant customer service specialists from Apple. They didn't make any diagnostic macbook after spilling liquid, because "while it works - it works". I even was refused to take for diagnostic Airpods with cracking noises.

    the worst store I have ever visited! They told us to go out of store unless they gave us an appointment! The appointment they gave us was for shopping but my issue was about techncal assistant! as soon as a technician came to me the lady who was responsible for appointments and also was pretty racist came to the technician and said the appointment is for shopping and not technical assistant!!! so the technician left and she told me to go out of the sotre!!! she HERSELF booked me a wrong appointment!!!

    The worst Apple Store in the entire World. Incredibly uncoordinated and non customer oriented staff, which takes feedback very personal. This experience I made during service and sales occurred many times unfortunately.

    Travelled into Hannover for a 14 pro protective cover, they only had pink, Red , Yellow and plain black , I am a grown man and black is boring ! Unacceptable 🤯

    Crowded, hobos using WiFi, like 20 people working in the store, but they mosty ghost you if you are there not to buy stuff. Just order online, not worth coming.

    Apple stores are always worth buying authentic original iPhones. Every time I go to kröpcke I see a huge Que in front of the store which means they are highly organised they don't want an unnecessary crowd in the store.     Terrible!! Had a friend that was readý to spend 2-3000 € on 2 products but the sales associate was completely dismissive. Maybe it was because my friend didnt speak german and askex questions in English. Worst shopping experience ever. I will never spend any money on apple products after this experience.

    Don't even know how to talk, racist towards the brown skin, and raise their voice to make customer feel dominatied, moreover not even helpful. This is one of the wrost apple Store visit, I've ever encountered arroud the glodbe.
