Worst service ever, very slow, you have to wait to ask a simple question that won't take a minute to answer, that if they understood what you are asking about. All they care is to get money out of you. Had to come a second time Because their solution didn't work and they took money from my account without telling me that what he did (just a click like he said) would cost me anything. Running the store like a shady business. I'll Absolutely switch to another network provider.

The wait is terribly long. No matter what kind of assistance is needed, be prepared to wait for at least one hour. The service from Mr. Karahamza is pretty amazing though. Very helpful and professional. (5 stars for service)

This is one of the best shop for mobile or internet users. The waiting is bit fun with spacious sitting areas and place to roam in the shop. They will give you a wireless disk which vibrates when a service agent is free. No need of standing in a queue. The assistance is good.

This five stars is for the employee, regarding the beautiful design and service protocol there, i got help from a beautiful girl inside that made me feel like she is going to pay the contract with me,she explained evey single thing she knows and she gave me many advices, so the staff there is unbelievable
