Nice refreshment spot on Aluva - Perumbavoor road near Mahilalayam bridge. Reasonable price for the quantity and quality they providing. Currently limited seating capacity. Enough parking space is also available.

Excellent place for tea and snacks. They have multiple fresh hot snacks options including bajjis, bonda and thalassery dishes. Tea is too good. Conviniently located by the side of nh near mahilalayam junction with seating for around 10 members and parking facility for 4 cars. They have multiple sweets and cool drinks option too!!

Very rude staff behaviour for a business towards customer. On a rainy day, with a slushy mud parking, the staff was adamant enuf to guide us to park away from the store and make the whole passengers to walk through the mud when the car parking was literally empty. Though he was informed of the inconvenience, he insisted to park away. I will never visit again or recommend others to experience the same rudeness...

Whoever the owner of this shop, pls guide the staff to behave well.. They literally being rude to the customers and showing bossy attitude. If it is the owner or with the knowledge of him. I hv nothing to say but if the owner is unaware of it, pls your staff is running your business.. Tea shops are public meeting place where people meet, chat and have tea and snacks. The place was empty apart from us and still they told us to move, for sitting there exta 10 min after the tea. Still they can behave well and respond well..My frnd polititely said them, this is bad and eventually you will lose customers and the reply was " Kachodam ponenkil potte" I don't think my friends will agree to stop there, I'm writing this for the owner who may not aware any of it (and my wife knows him and said he won't behave like tht) and I have seen couple more complaints of the staff being rude in this platform. So fix it for ur sake 🙏
