New varieties of food items. A must try restaurent in Ernakulam. My fav. are Lava chicken, Thengapal kuttan(beef), Beef Varattu. They are open 24hrs.

I recently dined at Hazza Restaurant and Bake House and my experience was a bit mixed. The service left much to be desired, as it was not up to par. On the bright side, they do have ample parking space, which is convenient. The food, however, was quite good, although I couldn't help but feel that it was slightly overpriced. The interior is rather plain and lacks any fancy decor or ambiance, making it seem like a typical, no-frills restaurant. In sum, Hazza is a decent place to grab a meal and go, but don't expect exceptional service or a luxurious atmosphere.

We have frequently visited this place, we love their specialties served in a chatti and have tried quite a few on the menu. Food is tasty and fresh. The snack shop outside the restaurant is also good love the food it is lip smacking delicious. Has ample parking facilities. Only downside is the ambience could be a little better and the service too is a little laid back.It is a little pricey considering the ambiance too however since the food is good rest of it is bearable.

We have a mixed review about Hazza Restaurant & Bakehouse in Muttom Kalamassery. We can easily spot this place from the highway but parking space is limited. We need to park on the side of the highway. A group of six people went to this restaurant and the place is having more than 50 percent occupancy. At first we went to gents washroom and the cashier said that 2 out of 3 toilets are open so we went to the washroom area but only one toilet was open and we were disappointed because how they manage a large crowd using only one washroom  (Rating: 1 star). We ordered 1) Butter naan and Paneer butter masala (Rating: 4 star). 2) Eriyum koyi (Rating: 5 star) 3) Kalyanachoru (Rating: 3 star) 4) Thengapal Pathiri and Beef varattu ((Rating: 3 star)) 5) Lava Chicken (Rating: 4 star) 6) Nidhi Porotta (Rating: 0-1 star) 7) Tea (Rating: 3 star) 8) Freshlime (Rating: 3 star) 9) Porotta (Rating: 4 star) The Butter naan and Paneer butter masala is an above average dish and we liked it but the panner is a little bit hard but it was tasty so 4 stars to this. We highly recommend Eriyum koyi, we will get ghee rice with chicken pieces (spicy) and it has a really nice aroma so 5 stars to this. In Kalyanachoru  we will get rice like biryani (small rice), chicken fry, beef fry (dry beef fry), parippu (not liked it, very salty), pappad, salad and pickle 3 star to this. Thengapal Pathiri and Beef varattu. We liked the beef varattu. It was good but Pathiri was a flop Rating 3 Star. Lava Chicken is very hot and we liked its gravy rather than the meat, Rating 4 star. Nidhi Porotta is one of the utterly disappointing dishes from here, we don't recommend that we get 3 parotta layers with alfaham and beef. 0.5 Star. Tea is above average 3 star Freshlime is good 3 star Porotta is good 4 star. Overall I will rate 2 to 3  stars to this place.

Did not live up to my high expectations. Inspite of all the hype in the social media, the food was ordinary. Had beef ribs and paal kappa .But, the fact that stay open late in the night is much appreciated.

Open for 24hrs⏱️. Had some traditional varieties (kerala food) with some of their special items. Kuttan Thengapal and Moriporotta is a good choice. Parking space is minimal. They have a tea shop outside for outdoor dine-in and snacks also available

Good restaurant. Biryani here is excellent. The team should be giving more attention to the customer requirements. Washroom cleanliness is bad. Frequent cleaning should be there..
