Very good fitness facility - premium gym for women with lots strength stations and cardio training, body composition, certified lady trainers. Very impressive

Had a terrible and most ridiculous experience. Just went after seeing the pictures and Google review with full intention to join the gym for about 2 months. But when I went to enquire the same with my father, they were oddly rude about accidently wearing our footwears inside the front office and inspite of mentioning we didn't know about it and that we r sorry, the main lady was like " can't u see the footwears outside" and we just didn't stay any sec further and just came back home ....clearly anyone with sense can see an odd and weird behaviour and attitude towards the clients. Funny part is they were twisting the incident in numerous ways. Obv didnt join ..... Anyways their loss.

A new and neat ladies only gym with all the latest fitness equipments. The trainers are all ladies who are experienced friendly and highly motivating ,especially Lakshmi. They have general training, personal training, steam bath, dietician etc. . Overall a very good experience .

I am very much satisfied with the experience here...coaches provide us with the right information of each and every workout and correct the clients each time they make the fault.....the environment is also very clean...sanitation and drinking facilities are also hygienic. I would totally recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for one.

The coaches are friendly and thorough with the training. The facilities are of top quality.
