Never take an offer with complimentary dinner as we have limited choices mostly vegetarian and no fish dishes. Not worth for the extra money we are paying. Accommodation very good. Complimentary break fast just ok. Otherwise food at the restaurant good. No morning coffee. Menu in complimentary break fast and dinner every day almost same. Restaurant staff not at all good.

The place has a bad customer service. The reception staff is very hostile to customer needs. The food is below average and but very overpriced. You can find always find more options to food if you have a car and can drive 2 km. The rooms are small but had a good kitchen. You get budget rooms for low price through deals. But sad to say, better not to go unless you can't find a good alternate option.

We did a party over there and agreed for the rate of 650 for 45 people. Total people came for party was 38 and we requested them to keep for there because some of our guests were on the way nd will be late. But they took off all the food items we ordered despite the fact that the total number of people had food was 38. They are telling at 3pm kitchen wil be closed and there wont be anyone to serve. It was not a restaurant function. We booked a hall and paid for 45 people food. After a big quarrel and chaos we told we wont pay above 38. Then only they came with food and served it. Our guests had to wait more than 45 mins to get the food. This is really sad. We should get what we order. Management should take this into consideration.

The experience left much to be desired... Menu was not shown at the restaurant, instead we were forced to choose what was proposed by the steward... We just had appan and chicken curry, the dish was prepared properly and was flavourful. As with the ambience, quality of the rooms and cleanliness.... I am not too sure should it even deserve a 2

Good for a quick stay. It's a service apartment with attached restaurant. The rooms are reasonably maintained, not very clean. Electric kettle and tea / coffee bags are provided and do is basic toiletries. Out of the city centre so little quiet and closer to airport. Has a Metro station close by.

Neat and Clean and very comfortable. Courteous staff, good breakfast, all in all. very well managed. easy access to the airport and train station. away from the city buzz and the traffic jams but still just a quick ride to the city. It was pleasant surprise. I recommend booking through the phone rather than online. the staff are open enough to tell you what offers are available.

Here is an honest review 1. Rooms are very big. Although maintenance is not that great. 2. Restraunts are pretty average. Not really great. 3. Reasonably cheap hotel. 4. Hospitality is not that great. Had a lot of repeated requests and then things came even after paying . 5. Room cleanliness was not that great, there were food stains at table from previous guest's stay 6. There is metered WiFi. Daily you get 500MB. It can get consumed in 3-4 hrs. I was not accustomed to stay in such hotel, so had tough time staying. But for shorter stays of 1-2 night, hotel can be an option for budget friendly pockets. Else trt to avoid the hotel.
