This place is located near Pump Junction, Aluva. When we travel from Aluva bypass to Aluva town, the complex comes on the left. They have decent parking facilities. A restaurant cum bakery, furniture shops where you can find good furniture at low costs are available here.

There are quite few good shops out here. There is good eatery (royal ) furniture shop(quality). There is ample parking space but it's not paved. The ground is uneven loose stone and sharp edged concrete. My car tyre got punctured twice after parking here.
