Decent food ..It's my first experience in that hotel .I have seen many time but couldn't get a chance to try ....So last day we went there and had meals...It's really better that high rated hotels ....Really liked it ...They provide meals at 70/-....With 2 type of rice tamil style and normal ...If you are a veg it's a must try .. Side dishes are less but sambar and other curries are good also they provide payasam Rate :4/5. 2nd Visit .... Had masala dosas vada and tea it was average one... Main issue with masala dosa was the ginger piece in that was not at all cleaned they out whole part of ginger with skin and in the masala i got skins of potato 😂....It's my first experience in my entire life ..I haven't seen any masala dosa with this much unclean masala ...Is that there staffs are lazy or they don't know how to make masala although they are serving veg food and even the masala dosa is a utter disaster to me and the side items was 2 chutney and 1 sambar ...Wow what a sambar it was really sweet taste ...I didn't take a second chance ..Other 2 was average ...They are charging 70₹ for one masala dosa even they are not the real real saravanas ...Staffs are also not cooperative I'm not trying anything in that hotel...I'm fed up with masala dosa's masala 😌 also they lack so much salt..They are serving customers for money not for free even with that mind they should give proper food... Not at all recommended .... Rating 1.5/5⭐ Tea -10/- Masala Dosa -70/- Vada -10/- (Was good but you have to add salt to it)

I ate masala dosa from the saravanas hotel on Tuesday morning and still has diarrhoea. It started by afternoon, and this was the last food.

One of the busiest street hotel in front of railway station road aluva... Food are average yet costly..cleanliness is ok..I think the hotel is crowded due to only pure veg hotel in that area also the passengers from aluva station preferring veg food during a journey..hotel staffs are northies and services are ok. I had eaten puri baji (70rs ) and veg biriyani in the afternoon. Overall good experience.gpay available. Parking -Nil Toilet- only urinals

I recently tried the New Saravanas Hotel in Aluva, known for its vegetarian food. I ordered their ghee roast, but it was just okay, not anything special. The curries like sambar and chutney were also average, and even the tea I had didn't stand out. The prices seemed a bit high compared to the food quality. The service was slow because the restaurant was busy, and we had to sit on the first floor since the ground floor was crowded. The place was clean, but I noticed some leftover items. It's easy to reach as it's right across from the Aluva railway station, but parking could be better. Overall, the New Saravanas Hotel didn't leave a strong impression. The food was decent but not outstanding, and the service and parking situation could be improved.

Tried Masala dosa and they gave vada along with it which costs 20Rs. We felt that a bit scammy. Anyway the food was okay but the cleanliness and service was just average. The vada they give along dosa is not worth the money.

Food is very average only. Vada doesn't taste like vada at all. Everything else is average only. Don't be fooled by the looks of place.Most of staff is very unprofessional, especially the hindikkaran chaiwala. Food is little costly also. Only thing is its very near to Railway station

Food is okay. The price of the vada is bit higher when comparing to other hotels in aluva. This situated opposite to aluva railway station. The hotel is bit small so there is very less space between tables. You can get some varieties of the vegetarian foods. There is no space for parking of vehicles.
