Busy place, the service is little bit delay.

Very bad food and after giving the same feedback to the person who was in cash..he was so arrogant and was not accepting the fact that food was not in good quality. This hotel is Not at all recommended.

Small hotel for breakfast located just outside aluva railway station. Parota, appam, nool puttu, puttu, poori , idly etc were available for breakfast. For non-veg only egg masala was available for breakfast. Price is reasonable and service was good. It's not that hygenic

Cashier was so rude to me. He didn't have change for 500 and they didn't have upi payment option also. We had a train in 5 minutes and he was so rude. I asked him why he didn't have upi payment as the customers will be travellers mostly and he reacted in anger. If attitude towards us is like this, I wonder how people from other states will be feeling. There is a minimum manner that is expected. If you do not have upi, you should have change. Or you should have replied in a good manner. That would have been a reasonable thing. Actually I am sad and frustrated equally.

Please don't buy from here, spoilt food and poor customer service. Better safe than sorry rather than getting food poisoning

Poor service. The waiter acts as if he doesnt care about anything. Ordered a chicken roll which should be renamed as bread roll as all I could see was bread and a few sliced onions for name sake just to change the colour of bread inside. Not recommended at all.

This place doesn't take any online payment! Owner doesn't even care if you don't have cash, he behaves rude, gives lame excuses for not accepting online payment. Won't recommend anyone to go here.

The food and services are decent, I ordered chicken biryani and chicken fried rice, the biryani was average, chicken piece did not feel fresh to me. Fried rice was better than their chicken biryani. Overall it was an average food.

I ordered two porotta and one egg curry but they gave me two egg curries! I asked them to take one back but they were not ready for that. Even if the food was good it was okay but it was not. I had no choice but to eat that food. # poor food # poor service 👎

Spoiled food. Check the package before leaving the restaurant. Bought 12 No's of chapathi, 1 Egg curry & 1 veg Kurma today evening (21/12/2021) @ 5.40pm. Bad smell is coming after opening the kurma and egg curry also horrible. Rotten boiled egg too. We mentioned clearly that it's for Diabetic patients and our 2 years old baby too. It's really horrible and bad smell is coming after opening the parcel , we just throw it in dustbin. Thank god we didn't feed our baby and also not gave it to my mother. We all sleeping in empty stomach. Dear Bambino, you will get what you really desereved for this. We paid our hard earned money for the good food rather received a horrible food.

They pack very hot curries in normal plastic cover. Dont know why they use these evenif they have multiple alternatives in market to pack hot items that are being used by many other restaurants.

Bambino restaurant is located near Aluva railway station. They serve both veg and non veg dishes. It is a small restaurant with limited dine in facilities. From there I ordered porotta, egg curry, appam, egg roast and a strong tea. All dishes were nice. Their customer service was good. Limited parking available infront of the restaurant.

The egg curry I ordered had dead fly in it.
