Very bad experience. I was alone and suddenly my phone got hanged(time was 7PM) so i was not able to pick the call from my husband. After trying for sometime i went to the reception and requested to allow me for a call from there. Her face turned rude and after a min she dialed the number and she told call is not getting connected also told that nothing can be done. I experienced a mixed emotions at that time. I waited there for couple of mins also. Time was 7:30 PM and no patients were there in the reception. To the hospital management 'Please teach your staff a basic manners'.

Felt very bad. Had an irritating experience. Very poor quality of service with regards to Out Patient services. Would not recommend anyone if in case you need a good service. Whenever you go, they will tell you that only one doctor is available, he is sitting in the casualty, and you need to wait for min 2 hr to see the doctor, Securities, pharmacist are good Doctor may be they are putting in a new one. The nurses in casualty doesn't know how to use digital thermometer, it took more than 10 minutes to take temperature, they are changing thermometer and putting another one, but none of them are working. The doctor took only 5 minutes to review. For the last 3 weeks I have been visiting this place for my kid for fewer, now they are telling us we needed to admit, sorry i didn't have trust in them. i changed treatment ment of my kid to nearby another hospital. Never recommend

I dont have any complaints about the doctors bcoz i really had a very nice experience from the doctors whom i visited and also all other nurses..but the behavior of one nurse was very horrible on 25th January 2022 at casualty between 9:30 snd 10:00 pm ..i dont wish to reveal her identity when i visited there for using nebulizer she treated me very angry also she behaved very very rude..I am thinking how the hospital is selecting nurses like her...these type people will spoil the hospital image....please please remove them...even the security there knows how to treat a patient with manners...

Very bad experience.Worst customer service.Unfortunately, we went there for two times because it's nearby my home.Both of the experience are really bad.Doctors doesn't know anything.And the nurses who was there in the ER on last 30/12/2022 she is very young and arrogant.she doesn't even know the ethics and doesn't know how to talk with a patient and their relatives.Doctors are prescribing medicines according to patients demand.If they have the degree they should treat patients accordingly.Very much business minded people.They don't even have the manners to inform patients updates to the relatives,instead of informing relatives they will inform the patients regarding bill payments and all.Really headless people.For single use they are using cannula instead of scalpel.If we are asking about these those staffs will becomes mad.Totally pity experience from the whole hospital staff.

Pleasantly surprised the last time i was here. Had not heard much about this hospital but experience @ the casualty section was very positive. Considerate and skilled staff manning the casualty ward. Prompt attentive treatment. The doctor on duty explained & emphasized on the medications.

Beware of wrong and misleading information provided by the hospital staff.

Very bad customer service. They are promoting new doctors by neglecting the patients interest may be for profit making. When you call, they wills ay token is available but when we are going to pay, the specific doctor will take only some patients. I came here before calling them by wasting the precious time and petrol and got disappointed / cheated by them.

Worst service provided to the patients, poor hygiene considering the Covid situation. No proper pantry services there is only one canteen which is kept very dirty and provided limited food options. The staffs behaviours were very hostile. With a lot of discrimination as they knew I was not from Kerala nor I knew how to speak Malayalam. I never visited again hereafter.

Nearest hospital in highway casuality service is very good 24 hours laboratory and xray are available good experience

I had a fall, so came here to see the orthopaedic doctor. I got prompt help and the bill was very reasonable. The staff were very helpful, I recommend this hospital

March 2-2024...Can't even give one star. Is it a hospital or a hostel....take them on a study tour in other hospitals....we sit together and tell stories....we didn't come thinking that we will get free treatment....if we see their expression, we will feel like that....just pay cash and go here to see Jada. .... nurses uniformum pinne kore lipstickum oru load attitude um...
