Interior ambience is good. Food quality and quantity was average. service is good

These guys won't let me use their washroom. As a restaurant social commitment is necessary, helping humans is first priority, not selling food. Giving free water and washroom is the real humanity. Im not saying this to downgrade this restaurant, but to be aware of helping others. I just don't want anybody experience the same I had.

Food is average with average price.Location of the reastaurant is super good and it is spacious. Now let me come to the real review.Food was fresh and good.But the front end staff workers like cleaners,Idk for whom they are working...not even worth a single penny for their work.There were flies on tables and their ceiling fan was dead and were not capable of moving those flies.It seems like they have variety of food options but I haven't tried.Those black floral design tiles makes dirt more projecting... I Know,I went for more detailing.... Now My Non-Monetary tips for the day For Owner/Owners of reastaurant:Replace your cleaners with more capable workers. For who are in a hurry to catch train but Hungry:Go to the reastaurant,Order 1 cup tea,Check the cleanliness satisfaction level of interiors,tea cup and taste of tea and go for further order if it pass the test. Overall experience was average and I have considered all specific points while forming this conclusion.

Food quality is a very bad 25 minut after rice is a not proper boil

This is an underrated restaurant. And it is Probably the best one around. The restaurant is neat and spacious. The rates are reasonable and food is tasty. You have a separate AC section, those who want it. The hotel serves all normal dishes and also has a variety of Arabian dishes.The costumer service is very satisfactory.

Awful food.. just raw chilly powder in Schezwan noodles, rice not boiled in briyani. Service also bad. Just waste of money

They didn't respect to tamil and hindhi boys, i ordered meals but they provided briyani, while iam eating they didn't ask anything u want simply gave me food bill.... In my opposite chair one hindhi boy ordered meals he ate half of the food then he ask some more kulambu they provided after 10mins but it contain only half of that, that boy cant eat remains rice without kulambu.... Hotel survers are followed racist behaviour.... But cashier is good person, some workers do like this and spoil the name

Neat and clean wash room, you can get verity of foods, not much tasty. Chicken curry is, just a boiled chicken small two pieces inside the onion masala juice (Pathetic), that’s they called half chicken curry, only cost rupees 60/-. #missing kozhikode foods ☹️

Very bad experience with the staff. I was in a call at the time staff came to take order. So that they havnt showedup for around one hour. I went to the kitchen for ordering the food.

Bad behavior from there staff and food was bad at Aluva stand nearby 'zaithoon ' restaurant No one should take maximum from here, when I spoke to their manager to complain they didn't even have a mind to listen to the problem. When I asked for a nairost, I was given masala dosa. I put them on about it and they wouldn't even listen to it.

Has got the Best Rumali Plate Shawarma!! The hospitality was also great! Good place to dine in if you are at/near to Aluva Railway Station. Reasonable food rates and quality is appreciable! It was a first time seeing such a perfectly plated and appealing shawarma fillings!

Three years ago, I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant, and although I never got around to posting a review back then, I recently passed by and felt compelled to share my experience. The restaurant boasts ample space inside, but during busy times, it can quickly become insufficient. Unfortunately, there is no dedicated parking facility for the restaurant, but visitors can opt to park at the nearby train station's parking lot. During my initial visit, I ordered two servings of chicken biryani, but to my disappointment, the taste resembled that of overcooked and dry food. When I expressed my dissatisfaction to the cashier, they promptly offered me an alternative, and I chose chapati and beef curry instead. Thankfully, this alternative dish turned out to be quite enjoyable. What surprised me, however, was that when it came time to pay for my meal, the cashier only charged me for the chapati and beef curry, completely disregarding the unsatisfactory chicken biryani. While this gesture may have been an attempt to rectify the initial disappointment, it would have been better if they ensured the quality of the food before serving it in the first place. Regarding the service, it was relatively average. The staff seemed attentive enough, but the overall experience was marred by the disappointing initial dish. In summary, my visit to this restaurant three years ago left much to be desired. While the establishment offers ample interior space, the lack of parking facilities can be inconvenient. The chicken biryani I initially ordered fell short in terms of taste and quality, but the alternative dish of chapati and beef curry was enjoyable. The service was passable, though the overall experience was dampened by the initial disappointment. It would be advisable for the restaurant to ensure the quality of their dishes before serving them to customers.

Visited here today. Hotel is very neat and clean. But the waiter boys is the problem. I waited for 5 minutes for ordering. But nobody take the order. Then i call one guy with blue T shirt, but he said he is only a cleaning staff. Then I call another one with green T shirt, he says some another boy will came to take order. At last i fed up with the hotel and get out from there.

Grilled fish at the rate of 2400 per kg !! That's way higher than the rates of reputed fish restaurants in the City. Koosi rice was good..other items were just fine.. We had gone in with a lot of expectations. Dont think will visit again. Shaiju

Very bad service and average food

My review is based on only two recipes Egg Puff and Ghee Pathiri. This was my first experience in Kerala and I met interactive people. The food was well cooked and hygiene was taken care of. I paid Rs 36 for both the dishes in the picture.

The place is okay . I think its the one of the only good hotel near the railway station. The place is clean and the food is okay . they have good service. The only problem is that the restaurant is small . Can get easily filled up in busy days .

No atm card or upi facility in a city like Kochi. Overpriced food and not a clean atmosphere
