Visited for the ambience and art gallery. Food was okayish but the rates are unjustifiable for the quality they provide. Art installations were felt like for a namesake. Previously the place was a favorite for the food menu too, now new management cannot keep up the Heritage name well with the quality and prices. Ambience, arrangements and evening times spending here would be very much fun. Staffs were ok but should be more attendant. Exhibitions and programs are being conducted here. Don't even think of dining out in mid day timings 🙆‍♀️🥵 Parking space and easily accessibility is an added advantage to be mentioned. Overall the 3 stars are only for the ambience arrangements near the backwaters. Nothing else here is worth considering.

Loved it! Ambience is awesome. If you visit once then I'm sure you are going to be a regular customer. They have variety of snacks and tea/ coffee. Music and paintings to entertain the customers. Situated at Aluva, a must try for all localities and to spend evenings with family and friends.

The place seems attractive because of the art concept and ambience. But considering it as a restaurant or cafe the food isn't worth it at all. They take almost 45 minutes to serve the food on top of that, the prices are too high! Did not expect this from this cafe, guess it's absolutely over rated. They gotto work on improving all the cuisines in the menu, else serve only what they can!

First of all the Ambiance..💫🔥 its really amazing and the customer service is also awesome no words...💜 ... Then coming to the food , my fav food in Pachamama is Pepper BBQ 😅 that taste of masala and all is really lit🔥 .. I heard that pachamama was too expensive for having food but the BBQ rates 140/- only... Like that everything is in acceptable price.....Then I also had Red bulletin and Chicken Tikka it was also good ... Overall it was a nice experience going there ... It is a nice place for hangout with friends and Family💜💯 Thanks for the best customer service and good food... 💜💫🌟💞💯

Worst place ever..No vibe. Food was very pathetic. Got the starter chicken wings with blood in it. Avacado shake didnt tastes like avacado and not thick. Chicken sandwich is good. Never recommending this place for hangout. We went to another restaurant to eat food. Nearby cafe Lucamo is far better than this place.

An outdoor restaurant, which is an unique place in Aluva, where you can enjoy the nature and can have good food. They have done everything here with utmost creativity and close to nature so that you can just relax and enjoy the beauty of nature and the Periyar river while having food. Suggesting this restaurant to spend an evening with your family and children really enjoy this place. Mostly serving continental dishes, the food from the restaurant tasted great either, especially the ’Red Mullet BBQ’. But the food was expensive and there is still room for improvement. The staffs were friendly and cordial. Sufficient car parking space is available inside the restaurant.

An awesome place to chill, hangout and find peace with your friends or loved ones - PACHAMAMA Cafe. Seriously a place with different vibe and experience. It holds something there. The heritage home, which is so old and along the river side, where facing to the Aluva puzha gives a great ambiance and attraction. We were staying there for a day with our friends. Really when we stay there, we feels like its our own home. The staffs and owner were so friendly and very much satisfying. They maintain the beauty, architecture and everything of that heritage home without any alteration or modifying. Atlast in Love with Pachamama Art Cafe. 💕💕💕💯💯💯

Ambience was nice and that's what makes this place really unique. Situated near the bank of Periyar river, the evening sunset time and the open air setup with the light background music, provides a kind of calm and serene feel. People who served us were super friendly. We ordered a fatayer, lamb & veg soup and chicken escalope steak. All of it tasted fresh. The only issue we faced was the availability of parking space. The menu is on the costlier side.

A scenic art cafe located in Aluva. They have a good open air seating near to the river and covered in shade by the trees. Pros: 1. Calm and peaceful place to spend time 2. Access to river side view once you make the order 3. You can visit all the art and crafts in the property. 4. Friendly staffs 5. Good parking space Cons: 1. The food felt below average and the patty of the burger was cold. (But they do warn you that they are using readymade patty) 2. I won’t suggest to visit this place in mansoon season. 3. Kind of overpriced for the quality they serve. Overall a good place to spend an evening with friends

Best part was it's pet friendly! We can take our furry kids and have a good appetite facing back waters influenced with arts!!

Beautiful ambience!! Wonderful service! The Pepper BBQ Chicken that they added after reinventing the menu, is to die for! If you love spicy food, this is the dish you have to try. As for the Kombucha drink, there are people who liked it. Personally, I didn't think much of it.
