Well maintained and this is only one if the few places where serving food and also sanitize customers hand before entering inside, as we all know most of the restaurants clearly ignore the covid -19 protocols as the number of cases reduced. and when it comes to food, they have really good burger section there is one burger with chicken and cheese lava, which is really good and the cheese literally melt in our mouth. and there is latte and other soft drinks seating is also good. and have the capacity to occupy 20- 30 ppl at a time. price is common as in every multinational food companies

A good place to have quick bite. Well maintained and good service. The quality of the food they serve is one of the best among the McDonald's stores in Ernakulam. Staff is friendly and place is well kept. Amble seating space and not so crowded. The appetizers they have is really good and well balanced. The patty within the burgers also felt fresh!

Went after they reopened after the lockdown. The staff are super efficient and professional. Not to mention cheerful as well even at 7 pm in the evening. They were sanitising regularly and I've never seen the place dirty, even before the pandemic. Tables are cleared up rapidly. There was no crowding when I went, and it was on the weekend as well.

This Mc D is in the premises of Aluva metro station near to the entrance. Staffs are limited bcz of covid regulations.Neither checked the temperature nor wrote my details. Its neat and clean. No ac due to covid 😬 Order delivery for take away is time consuming.

McDonalds needs no introduction or review. This branch is so convenient to catch a quick bite while departing or alighting at Aluva Metro station. Must also appreciate that the place is well staffed, follows covid guidelines & is kept squeaky clean inspite of the footfall that they usually get during peak hours. Pricing is ok by McDonald standards. My order was delivered promptly with minimal wait times.

McDonald's was and always will be our favourite fast food stop. Even though the staff wasn't aware of the ingredients in the food they served, the food we got was so delicious and filled our pallets. We would surely visit Mc Donalds again as we pass nearby.

The cuisine is not at all satisfying, but it is an excellent location to hang out with friends close to the Aluva metro station. Burger and fried chicken were both quite disappointing.And it is not worth more than what we paid for it.

Really good place in Aluva on the same building as the metro station. Pricing is not great especially for the drinks, but the atmosphere is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. It's good to see people in Kerala have started spending and big chains like McDonald's are available in smaller towns like Aluva. It has successfully become a meeting place for young people and couples.

A beautiful cosy corner underneath Aluva Metro station. The place looks amazing and had even better staff. Food is delicious and service is almost instant. Definitely one of the better McDonald's I've visited in Kerala. Their menu is kinda limited when compared to other outlets, but the food is delicious and always served hot. If you've traveled by metro and wanna relax and grab a quick bite then look no further, jump in here and enjoy the food and friendly staff.

The place doesn’t have QR scanner for offer redemption in working condition. They said its been raised with authority but no action taken so far. Had to pay double the amount of what could have been if the order was placed using promo from McDonalds application. Disappointed 👎

The food was just okay. The burger was dry and the cold coffee I ordered wasn't sweet enough. It's the one at Aluva metro station. If you want a bite, I suggest one of the smaller stalls. You might not get a place to sit but the food is good.

They have most delicious and mesmerizing chicken nuggets. Shakes are worth the fame. Their burgers are also something that one can't miss. One can experience a great and memorable time. They portray a fun and zesty ambience with their decor as well. A place worth visiting.

Poor staff. Doesn't know how to treat customers. They treat their customers according to how they are dressed or appear. The staff doesn't know how the McDonald's app and app offers work they always confuse the customers. I ordered a meal with burger and coke The coke tasted like water and was full of ice almost 75%. Will not go there anymore and will not suggest this to anyone.

Food is freshly made and served hot, been there at this small place in Aluva metro premises.. follows COVID protocols well. Most of the times ordered with swiggy and zomato, food reaches freshly and tasty. Liked the flavour of Fried chicken but twice I received Lil bit burnt pieces. Overall a good place to try fast food.

I went to purchase happy meal for my daughter which she saw in some advertisement. The store is located inside metro station. I went to metro parking to park my vehicle. They charged Rs.20/- as parking fee. I placed order through mobile application. I got a call from outlet to confirm the delivery time. When I reached the outlet my parcel was ready. It didn't took too much time. Happy meals which I purchased consists of two chicken strips (we can select other options also), one bottle of water (there are options for different choice) and a toy. The quality of toy was good and my daughter like it very much.

Place seems ok.. but tastes not the same of other McDonald's. Spicy ckn tastes like some north Indian masala mix.

The place seems fine. But, you need to use an app to order your food even if you are right there. And the option they ask you to select adds Rs 80/- to the bill even if you're waiting Right there for the food. The reason behind the apps-only method is to decrease contact. But, honestly, the whole transaction exposed me to more contact than it would have if they had just taken my order and let me pay for it. As for the food, we bought the Spicy chicken. But it didn't work for me since it tasted like ground up curry leaves.
