The place is well situated and has ample parking. That's just about it. The service here is quite bad. They have a good amount of staff but nobody wants to take an order. The owner also seems to be occupied in his own little world of smartphone. A wasted opportunity at running a great business. Recommended if you have are unable to find parking at other restaurants

Best place for good North Indian food. Very good place to enjoy good food.

Rating this restaurant with single star as there is nothing less available! Pathetic attitude of the staff and the person who is in the cash counter. Ordered roti, got burnt roti which was prepared earlier. When asked for replacement, the waiter and the cashier gave me a lecture to convince me that rotis are like this only. They were not ready accept their mistake and replace it. Finally i asked them for chapathi and that too was not fresh, but have to eat it as we were damn hungry.. I wont visit this place again..

Mallu's Dhaba what shall I say I have been to couple of Dhaba's in Punjab and Rajasthan. We cannot expect 5 star food or gourmet cuisine from a Dhaba. It's mostly very simple food. Dhaba concept is food for truckers which is local food at cheap rates. Taste part I would say not bad at all, price wise it was value for money. We had aloo paratha, plain Nan with Chicken Tikka Masala and also ordered Onion pakoda for starter. Chicken Tikka gravy is just like we get in Northern states of India but the chicken was not exactly Tikka as it lacked the smokey flavour which we get from tandoor. If that was there it would have been bang on target. Ambience and setting was very clean. Nothing much a good place.

It's a great pleasure to have such delicious north indian food from Mallu's Bhaba. Nice atmosphere with great customer service. Enough space for parking. We ordered lemon rice , garlic naan, chicken kolhapur, Koonthal fry and lemon tea. Everything was great. We had an amazing experience from here. I give 5/5.

It's a combination of two restaurants, mallu dhaba and kadavu. It's a decent restaurant but calling it a "dhaba" will be a sin. Parking space is great. Some food items are good, some are okay. Lassi was bad. Overall, an average restaurant. Location is good.

If you have a craving to have North Indian dishes, Mallu's Dhaba is a MUST NOT visit place. As the name suggests it is a proper "Mallu's" Dhaba. When we ordered mutton biryani we were expecting flavourful long grain basmati rice and the proper masala flavour, instead, we got the failed attempt of Kerala mutton biriyani (or is it a mallufied version of north Indian biryani, IDK). Most of the dishes we ordered were just average, except for the vegetarian ones. They were comparatively good. The pricing for the dishes was higher compared to the quantity they are serving. They maintain the place hygienically and is a proper place for having food with family.

There are two restaurants here : Mallu's Dhaba and Kadavu Sea Food Restaurant. The food here tastes good and the service is also quick. I've tried the vegetarian dishes here like mix veg curry, panneer butter Masada etc and the taste is good. Their tandoori rotis are also pretty good. Overall the dining expertise good and I would rate them 4/5. There is also ample space for parking cars here and I did not have a problem to get a spot.

Always our go to place for a late night food while in Aluva. They provide quality food in above average portions in most economical prices. Whatever we ate the bill amount don't go above 500-600. Huge parking spaces too.

Nice and Economical place to eat. Two restaurants under one roof.. one is kind of a punjabi dhaba...the other one with a host of all kond of delicacies.. tried fish alfaham.. was really good and cheap compared to other big restaurants.... Sitting besides river periyar while eating is another good vibe...

Tasty food and all items in the menu seemed very reasonably priced. Good service and ample parking. Overall it felt like a nice value for money restaurant. I ordered Butter Chicken, Garlic Naan and Butter Naan. All items were good and sufficient quantity for the pricing.

Keep left while going to aluva , you can find the hotel at your left. Please be cautious about the entrance because the entrance is place with loose gravel and will spin the tyre and may have a chance to slide ur vehicle.The foods are awesome.

Indeed one of the best dhaba in Cochin. It's really near and hygienic place unlike normal dhabas. The food is good and its really cheap. Loved their aloo paratha and tandoori chicken. Don't expect a great food it's good for the price they charge. The parking is very spacious.

Expecting to have some North Indian dishes, went to 'Mallu's Dhaba' one afternoon. But the Dhaba was closed and came to know, it opens only by the evening. So had food from 'Kadavu Seafood restaurant' located inside the same compound. As meal was not available at the restaurant (around 2:00pm), ordered ‘Garlic Nan and Kadai Chicken’ along with some seafood. I was less impressed with the Kadai Chicken and Nan was also average. Seafood was tasty and good. Located at the banks of Periyar River and adjacent to Mangalapuzha Bridge, you can enjoy mesmerizing views from the restaurant. The restaurant can accommodate sufficiently large crowd even during the peak hours. But felt like there was no enough staff to attend the customers. Also, sufficient car parking space is available in front of and around the restaurant.

5 stars is for the ambience. I had lunch from this outlet. It was just an avg lunch. Not too good and not too bad..... I have had food from their edapally branch and evry dish their is superb. Especially the quantity they give is much better than any shops nearby .. ..the restaurant faces the river and having food in the evening times will be very nice i guess. The staffs were good and the hotel was clean and neat. .....
