Hospital is ok and the doctors are good. But the staff has very little manners. Their patient relationship is too bad. There is no specific time for appointment managed there. You may have to wait for hours and hours together to meet the doctor. Although they have a token system, many a times others would bypass you. Especially if there is somebody in the queue known to the nurse in charge of calling the patients by name. It would be better if they used that token no for calling. You do not get any chance to identify when your no will be called. The extremity of all these is experienced at the Pharmacy where the staff their is way too arrogant and slow.

Entire system of hospital is slow, for the injection we need to wait more than 2 hrs.. The interesting fact is no one is infront of me for injection am the only one but they need 2 hrs... Some staffs are roaming her and their they dont know what they want to do... If we told simply they dont care about patients "but the only reason am her because of dr ' paul" otherwise i dont think so the patients will came here.......

Worst hospital in Aluva area. Only Positive factor is the presence of some senior doctors. Apart from that, attitude of staff, appointment booking system, infra structure - 0/100. For the mosquito factory outside the hospital at waiting area - 110/100

Worst experience from this hospital especially from the staff of front office and pharmacy...their attitude is simply we are begging in front of them...govt hospitals are much much better compared to this hospital...twice i felt bad experience from the front office

Very poor service,such a irresponsible staffs and mannerless.. patients are treated very badly..They don't even know how to speak well to patients and bystanders. actually doctors are very good but staff are very rude . The atmosphere of hospital is quit bad and unhygienic.... unacceptable service.

Why 5 Star. Only because this hospital was created for poor and still running for poor. Dr. Raphael. I have seen hands of God on him. I never matter the staffs and the hospital facilities. It has required facility and mangable staffs. But Dr. Rapheal does not leave you out of hope, he finds some solution always. I am related to this hospital from my birth.My father was bought here with no hope after a brain haemorrhage 4 years before. He was in coma and no hope of coming back. Discharged from Lisie hospital. They said miracle to happen if he has to be back. From there I admitted him here for palliative care. I had no hope but I had a word from Dr. Rapheal. Just pray to God. Pray to Guruvayoorappan. He tried all his experiments to bring him back. He spent time with him.After 3 months oneday that miracle happened. My father is with me now back as fully normal because of this hands.

Very old type and not fully computerized,,very difficult to Google pay etc, Different medical departments have no co ordination so to the prescription for doctors,,ie Totally they have to update in all computerization,,,now it is pathetic

Extremely awful service, such careless staff (@ reception), and rudeness. Patients are treated horribly. I had an appointment with a skin doctor yesterday, and I believe that she is so busy that she doesn't even bother to listen to the patient's genuine concerns. she says, not sure why this is happening, but there is no clear explanation for the skin's problem.

Worst experience i had yesterday. Went to hospital because of dizziness and abdominal pain @ 10 pm.. As a pregnant mother me and my family too defiantly have some fear. We approached causality department nobody was responding.we went to nurses room and they are not at all bothering the patient. At least the nurse can assess me or she can tell me to lie in the bed or she can ask what happened atleast.. she told me to take op sheet from some where.. My parents went there too.. But no body was there inside.around 10..15 minutes roamed here and there. Atlast my parents take me to another hospital.
