I
recently
had
my
wristwatch
serviced
at
Taitan
World
at
aluva
,
and
I
must
say
that
it
was
an
incredibly
frustrating
and
disappointing
experience.
I
initially
took
my
watch
to
them
to
replace
the
glass
due
to
some
scratches
on
the
top.
However,
after
the
service,
I
received
my
watch
back
only
to
discover
that
the
new
glass
also
had
scratches
on
it.
Naturally,
I
immediately
informed
them
of
the
issue
and
handed
my
watch
back
for
the
glass
replacement.
They
assured
me
that
it
would
take
about
a
week
to
fix.
A
week
later,
when
I
finally
got
my
watch
back,
I
noticed
scratches
on
the
inside
of
the
glass!
I
couldn't
believe
it.
I
approached
the
service
person
and
asked
how
this
could
happen,
hoping
for
some
understanding
and
a
resolution.
However,
their
response
was
shockingly
unhelpful
and
dismissive.
They
rudely
told
me
that
there
was
nothing
they
could
do
and
suggested
that
I
take
my
watch
back.
Their
rough
and
disrespectful
behavior
left
me
extremely
disappointed.
It's
frustrating
that
people
choose
branded
showrooms
for
service
because
we
expect
a
certain
level
of
brand
value.
However,
my
experience
with
Taitan
has
shown
that
this
supposed
value
doesn't
translate
into
their
behavior
or
the
quality
of
their
service.
It's
disheartening
to
receive
such
a
lackluster
service,
especially
when
dealing
with
a
valuable
item
like
a
wristwatch.
I
strongly
urge
anyone
considering
Taitan
for
wristwatch
service
to
think
twice.
Based
on
my
experience,
their
service
quality
is
subpar,
and
their
customer
support
lacks
professionalism
and
respect.
I
hope
that
by
sharing
my
experience,
others
can
make
an
informed
decision
and
avoid
the
disappointment
I
have
faced
