Reliance trends is one of the budget fashion store, especially for kids.Don't expect long life for these items; however you can buy in bulk for kids. Value for money items. The attitude of the Aluva store staff should be changed big time, the worst Reliance store I've visited across Kerala.They will kill the brand name and shopping experience of customers.

Best shopping Complex in aluva .. the parking area is less .. during corona time best shop to purchase your cloths because fully secure and safe.. only 5 members are allowing to enter inside and only 10 can stand in the line with safe distance and when entering time sanitize and temperature and all will checked .. also the offer are amazing .. I really love 💘.. thanks a lot

Their regular collections...Good place, neat and tidy. Price: nothing much to say ...the usual reliance trends price...but very affordable....in with the trends also.

Supposed to be Zero star... but no option . We had a worst shopping experience today at Reliance trends located in Pulinchodu,Aluva,Kerala.After shopping we asked the cashier to remove the price tag as we bought the items as a gift and we told if the size is not proper, we might exchange the same also. At that time cashier told that if we might exchange, they cannot remove the price tag.We told that we will keep the price tag properly and if needed for exchange we will bring so that they can retag .But they told they cannot do that.She double checked that again with one male cashier.He also told that they can't do.This is not our first place to shop.But this is the first experience from such a reputed shop and no one will expect such from Reliance group. Is that a big deal to retag the price??Even small shops can do that. After that we told to cashier that we don't want the items and we left the shop. They were staying calm as if they are relieved from one job.So plz try to educate your staff.Anyway we are not gonna shop in this outlet anymore and even hesitate to go to other outlets also.Such a bad experience.

I won't visit 🌹here again in my life.. After having purchased materials worth Rs 5000/- + I was asked weather I required a cover (cost to be paid extra). I told at the counter that no need of any cover, since I am having Car which was parked just below, and alsi requested them to wrap the materials in a paper cover or even a piece of paper, so that I can take away the materials ti my vehicle jyst 10 mts away. But to my dismay, they were reluctant and saying that it is nit possible & if particular, hv to take all materials un my hand or shoulder fir which they are nit responsible.. So I refused the claim & returned back without making any purchase... Kudos to Reliance & Crew.. That's the tactics to be adopted with customers,. Thank you.,

The staff in Aluva Trends Ms Aparna was not behaving properly to the customers. She was very rude to the customer and she shouted to us in the outlet. Please note that such staffs will really effect the customers in spite of having good collections in the Showroom. Take necessary action against Ms. Aparna

Worst place. Faced tragical experience from this shop. There is no security for our gadgets and valuable things. We lost our money from the bags that was kept by the security staff. We know that you don't take any action about it. But people must aware about this. Ashamed of this. Zero rating!!

Trends have always been one of my go-to shopping center. Trends near pulinchode does provide good service, but there was a mishap that happened when we paid the bill but came back to check whether the dress was the correct size one of the pants fell off. And later, when we returned to get back the pants the next day even after showing the invoice and checking the CCTV. We didn't receive the pant.

Loved the place great staff The collection were new every time I visit. We can get any size of dress we choose. The collection has become more due to the festival coming. Will recommend to visit ☺️

I had placed online order # 50368 for more than Rs 1000 for ready made clothes. After receipt of payment their customer service team are silent. So I humbly request all not to place any orders online with this bloody brand products/service.They are cheating the customers . This is my bad experience with this products .kindly don't place any orders with this vendor.

This shop has ok collection of clothes. I have been here previously 3 years ago when we last visited Kerala. The staff was very friendly and helpful at that time. But this time I found that the current staff as not that pleasant.

Very bad but impression , they have to provide bag or paper cover to take out the purchased materials.

If you can't let the customers in after 8:45 pm, change the timing in Google till 9pm... Why is it as 9:30 pm... Just told I need 5 minutes as I have a meeting to attend tomorrow... I need a formal attire... Seriously wasted my time to come there ..

Except once in my lifetime i have never found any single staff who is ready to attend to customers. We can see them in gangs talking to each other. I have addressed this many times and the answer always was they were assigned some big job by the floor manager and was after it🤣

Bad customer service. Almost all the staff were rude including the security guard.

Best place to find trending clothes in affordable price. There are a lots of new collections, brands. Staff really helps you to pick the right style.

You will get attractive cash discounts and offers most of the time. They have very friendly staff and tidy shop floor. Changing rooms are surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully furnished. This particular showroom is limited to few brands only, yet classy selection. A perfect value for money shopping place for the whole family.

I have visited many reliance trends outlets ,but here in Aluva I got the worst experience from staffs.. it's a total insult for me and my family.

Selection is very low here at Aluva Trends. I personally prefer North Paravur branch.
