Very bad experience frm the staff..they don’t even know what all updations are happening with vi..vi also doesn’t update them..find a better store..worst store frm vi

Not at all customer friendly. Not answering calls.I called them to say I am not getting net connection. Break up in between. I think of porting to Airtel.

I had visited their place today for exchanging SIM and updating my address. As most of the customer reviews were not good, I had much anxiety. To my surprise, I received excellent quick service. I found the young staff courteous with pleasant manners and also helpful. My work was over in less than 10 minutes.

no response 😕 on phone number last 1 week . even no call backs last 3 days . if this is the situation before taking the connection. image the service of Vodafone after this

Friendly staff. Got my SIM card replaced. Helped in getting things done quickly.

Worst Customer care executives are present at the office. Gave a ton of attitude when I wanted to switch from post paid to pre paid. It is good idea that vodafone stop there operation in India.

Update: Ported to Jio after the horrible experience at this store. Life is so much better now 👍 Being an Idea and now Vi customer since my first phone, it was disappointing to witness the horrible service Vi provides in this waste of a store. The employees are rude, don't bother facing customers when talking and give out a negative vibe. Had to visit the place twice with no resolution to my problem. I got much better service at a rival operator store nearby, and am planning to switch soon. Vi India has to really step up its game with customer service if they want to retain customers and stay relevant in this competitive market👎

My encounter left me feeling undervalued as a customer and questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. Firstly, the staff members I dealt with lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. They seemed disinterested in assisting me and displayed a complete lack of empathy towards my concerns. Their dismissive attitude made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer seeking support.
