Worst place....no knowledge if something can be done or not...they keep checking with each other and pass tym so that they dont have to handle a lot of customers...when asked to speed up they said it is ur document if you want your work to be done u need to wait or you can go...that shows the level of customer service these guys give....do not waste ur tym by visiting this place

Don't go there. Very arrogent staffs are sitting in front office. They are treating customers like beggers. They have allotting tokens to their friends and relatives. They will issue tokens to common man if any balance. Very rude behaviour. DON'T GO THERE.

Provides quick and efficient service. Location is okay but vehicle parking is very limited. Also there is space limitation because of which the place is congested. Very less chance to maintain social distancing. You can get Aadhar related services if you are able to get the token, limited numbers available. PAN card and all state government related services available.

This is secind time Iam facing bad experience with this centre..First they attached wrong file for my College applciation and it got rejected.. Today I went fot Adhar servicr and onr lady misbehved and was very rude to me..I felt really bad infornt of all..people with no manners are working in this offie

Very very poor customer service. They have a token system which they do not follow when some known people or relatives of this akshaya employees comes there. They ignore elderly and needy people who waits long time for them. I wasted my precious time for seeing these nonsense acts from akshaya aluva employees. Better go to some other Akshaya

Don't Approach this Centre. Though it's a private institution, it is like a typical government office that was in 2 decades earlier. Not only their behaving is too rude, they don't know anything. The things that they know simply do, without application of mind. It may be correct or incorrect and they are not at all bothered about its consequences. They are not at all ready to hear the customers and meet their requirements. Their bonafide belief is that all the customers approach them are illiterate. Today I approached them for updating my Aadhaar Card. They returned me after uploading 1 doc for address confirmation. In fact I approached them to update my biometrics including photo. Confirmation of address by uploading required document can be done by anyone who has even a little knowledge in Computer in home. For accomplishing my requirement, I have to approach either another Centre having knowledge in the field or AADHAAR CENTRE.

Only 1 person available for changing aadhar details. The people in-charge of aadhar are unavailable most of the time. Keep making excuses and come to office at their will. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Pathetic service level. We waited for one hour to get token and the slot we received was at 12 pm. We arrived at the centre on time and were made to wait near one hour, while the centre was filled to maximum capacity. There was barely any place to stand lest sit. After we managed to meet with the agent, we were told that despite giving away 70 tokens, they could only accommodate 40. In addition to that, they only had one system dedicated to Aadhar. I vehemently hope that change can be brought to this system where ordinary civilians have to toil away for hours to receive something so essential. Finally, we were asked to come the next day, according to their availability. One day later, I can confirm I have neither received the call nor have filled the application.

Worst Service. They acts as if customer is at their mercy. No one turns up at 9am to manage the crowd by giving them token. I recommend everyone to go for any other Akshaya centre at Aluva

I ve been to lot of Akshaya centres around my native place,such as perumbavoor,ankamaly,muvatupuzha.But Aluva akshaya centre near pump junction stands out.Professional and energetic staff,happy to help and guide, patience.I really appreciate their efforts and management in handling the crowd..Despite from other Akshaya centres whic i had visited previously,these people are far far ahead in their service. Kudos to the team.

Buraucratic Mess !!! They make you runaround. Everytime you bring documents they find reasons to reject it. It's an overcrowded place with inefficient staff

Went there a couple of times. Guidelines provided by them are not clear,even they are sure of the documents needed or procedure to be followed. Got confused everytime I approach them for something. Got my request completed easily at other Akshaya center. Que system is organized but the service knowledge of the staff is not as per standard. Better to visit other Akshaya centers for requests.

Worst customer experience. Came to the center at 850 Hrs and 900 Hrs they distributed tokens with timing. Mine was 14 & 15 with timing 1045 and 1050 for Adhar update They started the counter at 930 Hrs with just one counter moving at snail pace. The guy who is suppose to man the 2nd counter go around the office, cracking jocks , talking loud and when he start his counter, it's 1030 Hrs....now its 1118 hrs and token 11 has just started and i am waiting for my turn for the last 2 Hrs 30 minutes....no professionalism, no respect for customers time and idiotic staff.

Worst akshaya centre i ever visited .I approached this for my adhaar update.staff at adhar desk worst behaviour as if we are there for free service please dont visit this centre if you want adhar update please go to adhar centre at palarivattom .Dont waste your time by visting this place.

This is the best go to Akshaya centre in Aluva. They have good knowledge about the process. The place is little bit crowded as it is the best around the town and you should go and get the token early morning to do the process at a later time.

Very good experience. I have to wait around 10 minutes to take my work. But the staffs are very cooperative. They finished my Aadhar related work within 5 minutes. I recommend...

Govt have to do something to minimise crowd, have to give permission to start more centres, To complete the digital India concept These centres should be more customer friendly. Will lost one day if we go there to complete the works

Worst Akshaya centre ever! Staffs are of so much attitude and are not at all supportive at any phase of the process. Would have registered a complaint if there was a proper complaint register for Akshaya centres. Any options to post review with negative stars?

For Adhar Update be there at 8.50AM to collect token. Update time (Token 01) starts from 9.40AM. Token que is irrespective of the time you reach. For Address update Have Passport, else Pancard/Voters ID+Ration card copy required. [ Fill forms in Capital letter, for new form you may face long delay 😮‍💨 ] Service was good (May be they were in good mood 😶‍🌫️). Service charge of 100/- or 150/- depends of Adhar update. Gpay available 🫡.

Three times I went there to renew sr.citizen pension. They say the site is not open and many other excuses and finally when I got annoyed they did the mustering for me. Again I had to go there to get the mustering done for my wife. They totally refused to do it giving many excuses and asked me to go to any other akshaya centre. Very bad service in this centre, they just want to sit idle and get the salary. Very poor service
