Staffs are very rude. They always act as if ignore your presence in shop.Especially this staff with dark complexion & semi bald head he was very rude. He talks as if he is above us very bad attitude. They don't give you proper details nor do they help you. I have visited this store many times. They always chit chat between themselves and ignores their customers. I have seen one customer leave this store because of their behaviour towards him. If you want to buy anything from Asher stores visit Asher store in angamaly(staffs there are much nicer). Try not to visit this store

This shop offers the worst customer service in aluva. I bought a laptop worth 60k and from the very first year onwards it had issues. I would like to give zero stars to the shop but sadly the minimum google allows is 1 star. If you are looking for a good service after buying the laptop pls dont get it from here they take months to repair even a simple thing. very irresponsible staff!!!!! and very very poor service !!!!!

pathetic place. very poor customer service. pls dont purchase anything expensive from here you will regret soon or later. I gave my laptop for service and it took them 4 to 5 months to get it repaired. very irresponsible staff and careless staff. this happened 3 or more times. The laptop was lying in their shop more than in my home, that bad it was!!

The worstest experience I ever had... The shopkeeper and sales person all selling low quality items ...I just bought a case and in no more than one week its skin started to peel of and when asked for a replacement in less than one week they refused it saying it's not their fault.... So i dont recommend any one to get cheated!!!

Horrible After Sales Service. I bought a Fire TV Stick which was not working from Day 1 and they have not sorted out the problems yet as of today that is February 7,2022 . Never buy such electronic gadgets from there My 4000/- bucks gone down the drains 😤 I had bought a TCL Smart TV and it's not working and they are not interested in helping me sort out the issues 👎

I recently bought Asus tuf from here.And one Mr Mijas have given me good discount and was able to purchase through emi without interest .His service was "very good" and also they have a wide variety of laptops available💯.

A good place to purchase, but really bad in service. We've to wait weeks even for a small service, as they've service center only at Ernakulam

A good Multimedia store

One of the best shop in aluva for laptop and other electronic purchases. One Mr.mijas is person to give an excellent service to us. I bought Acer Nitro5 from here at the price same as online price.

Enquired personally at the store for surveillance system to be installed at my shop, the person behind the desk promised a site visit but he never kept his word even after one week
