The quality of dresses was very cheap, was as if they're selling dresses to Bengalis with such low quality items . The sales women were also very reluctant to show dresses and they had an attitude like as if we're snatching something from them, pathetic customer service. Only good thing is parking available over here, we kept car there and bought things from nearby shop.

Bought a jeans of Rs.4200(checked the only price at billing)..after 2 washes,the blue colour faded and became grey colour...the material is low quality and too expensive..havent purchased anything afterthat ..

Patience is the main key to be taught, some people takes a long to pick clothes that doesn’t mean you could disrespect them. Pathetic customer service. Price is cheap but clothes are outdated. No new collections.

Great shoping experience. Able to find all fashion trends at reasonable price. Coustomer service what's to be improved. Numerous collection in women jeans tops and kurtas. Wedding floor also give a number of options on sarees and party wears.

I have purchased a frock and other cloths of rupees aprox. 15,000.00. that's very poor quality with high price. Some Products are not usefull and they're cheated me. Arrogent behavior of GM and a lady manager. they spoiled my valuable money and time.

An okay spot to buy clothes in Aluva area. Staff behaviour was polite. Price is little high compared to product. Parking space available is a big plus of this shop.
