Poor customer service i experienced. I have contacted them through WhatsApp about emergency stitching and i went there very next day as they told emergency stitching is available. When i reached the shop they told that emergency stitching is closed till this month end. I have no idea about the logic behind their emergency stitching criteria. We have to pay double charge and wait around one month. No coordination with staff who handling online platform.

They have got an excellent designer so I never had to worry about the pattern or design of the dresses getting stitched. Very happy with the polite and well manned owner and staffs. At first impression I was obliques of the fitting and the pattern that will be stitched and delivered to me. Miss India Aluva has been my go-to stitching centre since I don't know how long maybe 2014 or 2015. The unstitched material and designs have always turned heads and I received so many compliments throughout these years. since I moved abroad, I haven't done stitching in a very long time and was out of touch with the latest fashion trends in Kerala. Haseena itha and the designer, Sufeena got to my help immediately on request, since I had a wedding coming up and came up with design and fabric based on my color and budget requirements. I'm super happy with the quick turnaround in stitching, fabulous design and the gorgeous color of my gown and dupatta. i lost count of all the compliments i received during the event from people who I didn't even know.
