Very bad customer service...! We got fly from sauce and we informed to the Waiter and he didn't take care of that. Hotel is situated in a prime location, even though, they don't know how to take the advantage. Food is not bad and they had many different dishes. I won't recommend anyone to this hotel till they change their attitude

Alfi Bhai offer Arabian dishes which are unique their famous item is the boneless chicken with 3 flavours Madhi. But upto my expectation the rice is more like a biriyani rice and taste was okay. But they also have shawarmas, kababs and alfahams. The place has only a limited number of seating for customers. Overall a Good place.

Had Beef Biriyani from the restaurant, having heard it to be the stand out item of the restaurant. The taste was good and beef was soft and nicely cooked. The Biriyani was accompanied by a welcome drink. Biriyani was served in plantain leaf, which was a bit different from other restaurants. The restaurant is small, which could accommodate around 20 persons at a time. The rate of items were reasonable. Ground floor of the restaurant also serves snacks for tea. No separate parking area is available for the restaurant. You will have to park your vehicle in front of the restaurant itself.

OMG Hell out of the city. Had a chicken biriyani as the waiter explains it was chicken biriyani.Pathetic as it was just the rice been fried and a chicken curry added into it.Tastes nothing rather than peper flakes. It was nothing just a disaster .Never ever suggest this place .

Tasted Alfi Bhai special Manthi. It was a good experience. Food was delicious, ambience is ok, service is much better than any other restaurants. The behaviour of the staff is worth mentioning.

Restaurant located near Paravur Kabala in Aluva is a good place for eatery. They serve Arabic dishes.... We had tried Indian Mandhi and Mexican tikka.... Both were really good and good to try. The Alfahm have to us along with Mandi were good as well... They got 3 different flavours. For 370rs, both of us had good lunch along with half a litre sprite 😀

Been to this place for dinner.. Tried Yemeni chicken kebab, charcoal shawarma and creamy al-faham.. All these items are good and tasty. Welcome drink offered was average, has food in seating section in 1st floor, ground floor contains take away counter. Overall a fine place to try food.

The food was ok but after food I drank a mouth full of water from the bottle in my table. But they charged 20 rupees for that. It is first time that a hotel doesn't provide free water. If they don't, why are they putting the bottle on table? Only after the bill came I knew about this. I didn't want to argue with them over 20 rupees so I didn't say anything. But don't trick customers
