I loathe the 'pay at the table' business. I'm sad they don't put peach slices in the peach tea anymore. We love centrally between 3 restaurants. We choose this one for many reasons. 1: We have never gotten anything but great service 2: While popular this store is not typically overcrowded 3: Not anti-2A as other locations (IYKYK). Great job keep up the good work.

I had lunch with some of my family at this location recently and for the most part if was a good experience. We were seated right away, and our waitress met us promptly. She explained the various specials they were having at the time, and then proceeded to take our drink order. After getting out drinks, we followed the usual process; ordering our food, getting our appetizers and starters, then finishing with our meal. Everything tasted great and it was a large enough portion that I was able to take left overs to dinner that night. The only complaints that I have were the service was a little slow at times and we were seated next to the bar. Normally I wouldn’t mind sitting next to the bar area, but the bartender was doing something behind the bar that was very loud almost to the point where we couldn’t hear each other talk. Other than those aspects the experience was very nice. The restaurant was clean, and everything tasted great. Each time we finished our bread our waitress would bring out a fresh basket of hot bread. This is a great place if you want to nice meal for fairly cheap!

Service was wonderful. Our servers name was Celine and she made our night. She read through the menu with us because we were on a mission to try something new. We come to this location every other Friday. Thank you ! The food was delicious. Only thing was the breadsticks had too much salt.

It was my granddaughters birthday, we wanted to order separately but the waitress decided they were going to do it family style we ordered all you could eat soup n salad, so bc the girls didn't want cheese we didn't get any, we ordered more salad it wasn't brought till everyone else was done n wanting to leave, The soup was really good, my husband also ordered another dish that they divided up into 2 separate dishes then charged extra for.. then some one else picked up our tab, but the waitress never told us n we kept waiting for them to take our card, they could have told us . They gave granddaughter a piece of cheese cake which was nice n we all sang her Happy Birthday. But never ask if any one else wanted any dessert....the food was good I was just disappointed in the wait staff.

We visited The Olive Garden in Alvin,Texas on Sunday. Our server Rebekah was so professional, good energy . I can state, the best service we have ever had at any Olive Garden. Rebekah should train the other servers from surrounding locations. It's important to have great customer service. The manager was very polite. Thank you server Rebekah in Alvin, Texas.

This is by far one of the coziest places to go here in Alvin, they kindly greeted us at the door and we were helped by a nice lady who was a Gem!! She guided us through the menu which has slightly been modified due to covid. We always like eating at Olive garden but this was my first time at this location! Excellent service, the food was great, fresh and served on time. The server constantly checked on us and she made us feel welcome and special.. The music and ambiance contributed to a very enjoyable experience!

It seems the staff for earlier in the day are not really great for service. We had a group of 7 birthday lunch. Some of us were there early, and the waitress took our drink order. I placed a child's order early & requested it early. All the other guest got their food and the child was still waiting & getting full on bread sticks. Evening time is much better.

Went for a birthday dinner (party of 8 plus baby) and was seated at table next to wall with sun beating down. We didn’t realize this until after drinks were served, we all were miserable however staff was very accommodating after we requested another cooler table. Thank you OG, food and service were awesome. Shout out to our servers, De Jane & Tristyn for a job well done!
