We thought the hotel would be nice to stay in but we got conned by the reviews. 1. Hot water was not available till we told them incessantly for 2 hours which made us late reaching our destination. 2. They unlocked our room without our permission to service (even when we told the manager not to do it when we were checking in) which was very embarrassing as I was traveling with my partner and she and I had everything scattered including our valuables and every clothing. 3. The manager was indifferent to our complaints, he just said the word "sorry" and that we should be thankful to him for "trying" to provide us with the services which he didn't even provide. This whole experience made us question our safety so we checked out right after the manager's futile response at midnight.

We were going to Sariska from Gzb, held there for lunch. Found glass piece in lunch. Very bad service. Ok

Extremely disappointing stay. We checked in at 11PM and there was no hot water. Morning breakfast was non edible.. it has mud in it.. we ordered bread toast, puri bhaji, sandwiches, fruits, coffee, tea, poha.. just coz we thought they would make something edible… but everything was below average and non consumable. We were polite and humble and in the end it felt just like being harassed because nothing Was done even after highlighting these issues to their staff. I have earlier stayed here at multiple occasions but now their quality has degraded so much, would not recommend it to anyone.

Staff is very unprofessional to speak , ordered food and one order same time cancelled . Staff explaining unnecessary things to us. I belongs to the industry last 25 years but this type of unprofessional people never seen in my life to speak .

We stopped for Breakfast. The buffet menu was up to the mark, the taste was good and the staff was very friendly.

Opened a Bar on roof top with simple chair of tant. Seems like arrangement done for a wedding which people going to drink.

A decent stay options in Alwar. Good for corporates and family stay. We stayed here for two nights for attending a wedding. The staff behaviour is good, specially Ms. Gulnaz. She’s very warm and greeted everyone with a smile. Ms. Gulnaz attended to our request and made our stay comfortable. Rooms were clean and hygienic.

Very poor. Lady on the reception put some other Bills in my room and she forced me to pay that. I advise you to take everything in writing before check in. They don't get kot's signed form the guest. I think it's there plan not to get KOT's signed and then charge more. I don't recommend this hotel

We are here for lunch. Very delicious n tasty must try. There is also a shop name baba thakur very famous alwar kalakand sweet. If you r in alwar n will not try kalakand sweet then ur trip is incomplete
