Service and staff are both bad, even drinking water is not available in the room.

The behavior of the staff and the room service was very good, the cleanliness in the hotel was very good, I liked it very much, I did not face any kind of problem, the market is also nearby, which is the location of the hotel, it is very good and the parking area needs to be improved. Required everything else is good I am very happy with hotel service there is no problem with anything

The hotel is new in Alwar. We stayed from 4th. to 6th. October '22 in this hotel. The staffs are very helpful and they are always there to help the boarders. I would specifically like to mention and appreciate the manager, Me. Rakesh Kumar, for his amiable gesture and always 'yes' attitude. Overall ..... great hospitality and customer satisfaction.

The hotel is very clean. Everything was working. I would prefer it if you are okay to spend around 2000 for 24 hrs. Bus stand is at walking distance.

Located centrally. Clean rooms and washroom, matresses and bedsheets clean and changed daily on request. Gated parking. Reasonable rates.
