I want to thank the Customer Care Team of Würzburg BMW Military Sales (Bavarian Motor Cars). Ms. Sabine Cumiskey (Care Manager) was GREAT! She handled the delivery process and presentation of my wife’s new BMW beautifully. The car was sitting in the showroom with a red bow on top when we arrived. The car was clean and shining like a new diamond. Sabine also presented my wife with some new BMW key rings with BMW logos for her key fobs, along with BMW umbrella and a bottle of Champaine. Sabine also had two others as part of her Customer Care Team. Ms. Huiling Song and last, but not least. Mr. Noah Muller-Wegmann. Huiling handled the final signing of the remaining documents and answered any remaining questions that we had. She was very professional and kind. Now we were handed over to Noah for the walk through of my wife’s new beauty (440i Gran Coupe xDrive). Noah was truly knowledgeable of all the car’s functions and settings. For every question, Noah had the answer. Once the walk through of the car was completed. Noah escorted us to the Germany Customs Office. He went inside and handled all the paperwork for us. Once we returned to the dealership. My wife and I said our goodbyes to Noah. He was Fantastic and incredibly fun to talk to and interact with. Thanks again to the entire Customer Care Team.

Hey everyone, First, I would like to thank the Baverian Motors team, Christina, and Antony Jones for helping me with my dream car. I had a rare case purchasing this vehicle from Italy. It took a couple months for the whole process because, the vehicle I bought was a demo and needed a few more miles added to it so I can purchase the vehicle. The perks, I received a little over on $3,500 in discounts and was able to get the exact 2023 BMW 430i Grand Coupe Xdrive with the Msport packages I wanted. Antony guided me through the whole process on what to do for the VAT and vehicle registration process. Be prepared to wait in line for that process lol. Since the registration office on the base changes there policy every now and then, I need an inspection done even though it’s a new car but, the service team made that happen within 20 minutes. Everything with Baverian Motors was a solid 5 stars for me, I can’t complain. It’s my first big Luxury order and I walked away happy.

What a great overall experience. From the very start, Antony Jones made the whole process super easy. He helped me pick my dream BMW, got me the best possible price, helped secure financing, navigated the COMPLEX paperwork requirements, and coordinated pickup. At each step he provided clear and concise instructions on each individual requirement. At pickup, Sabine and Sarah were super great. They made me feel like a VIP the whole time. They escorted me to customs and took care of everything! I have zero complaints or recommendations on how this process could have been improved. I had no idea buying a car could be this easy. Not to mention buying a car in a foreign country!!! I hope I am still in Germany the next time I need a new car, because I want to work with this team again.

I had a very smooth and easy experience with the Bavarian Motor Cars team for my car purchase. Everything can be done online nowadays, so if you are arriving to Germany without a vehicle and have limited means of transportation you don't have to go to the dealership to complete the transaction. As long as you can get around to your installation's customs office and vehicle registration office you will be good to go. I searched for the car I wanted on their website and Mr. Nathan Barnes reached out to me. He is extremely knowledgeable about the military sales process and helped me through every step. Also very friendly, responds timely, and follows-up if he needs to get back to you with troubleshooting or communicating with the office back in the States. I would highly recommend working with Mr. Barnes. When I picked up my car, I was greeted warmly by Mr. Noah Muller-Wegmann and Mrs. Sabine Cumiskey. They were also very knowledgeable, thorough, and hospitable. They answered all of my questions with patience and everything was prepared and ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. They were both phenomenal and again I would highly recommend working with both of them. Long story short, Bavarian Motor Cars is a fantastic group if you're considering a BMW. No language barriers or issues and they know how to do the administrative legwork from start to finish. My own personal experience was excellent.

Had a fantastic experience taking delivery of our 2022 BMW. They all took time to go over everything and ensured we were comfortable. Everyone was great, from arrival to our drive away.
