We checked the place expecting good coffee from the Coffee Capital of the Philippines. As we entered, we saw the coffee counter - there were several types of coffee drinks available. The smell of coffee just permeated the entire space. Hmmm ....! So the place is the business of a cooperative of locals. It has pasalubong items from contiguous areas. Aside from buying arabica beans, I also bought their "pahimis" blend - a mixture of robusta, arabica, excelsa, and liberica beans. Thus is a nice place to patronize to help locals and also to get your coffee and pasalubong. They will be expanding to offer restaurant food as soon as they get their kitchen constructed.

One of the best coffee I had, not too sweet and not too strong, just the right taste. Their space is enough to accommodate few people and there are lots of souvenirs to choose from.

Best coffee in Cavite, friendly staff and better prices than coffee chains. Stop by here on the way to Tagaytay. They also sell locally farmed coffee beans and ground coffee and a selection of local sweets. All reasonably priced.

It's a cozy place along the highway with a small coffee shop. Products are organic and well priced from local products. I support this endeavor of supporting the local market. They have a clear circuit for entry and exit and support the wearing of masks. Parking is very limited. I would like to drop by and taste the products in the coffee shop after the pandemic.

Quite surprised to see Amadeo Cavite call itself the "Coffee Capital of the Philippines"! But going by the quality of Coffee at Cafe Amadeo, this is not an idle boast. We had 5 different beverages here - Americano, Hot Latte, Iced Latte, Iced Caramel Macchiato and Iced Chocolate. The first 4 all had strong but smooth coffee. Also picked up Banana Chips on snack on our journey back home.

Very strict in implementing health protocols. Face shield required. Temperature check. And one way direction flow of traffic--one entrance, and different exit. Where you order coffee and dessert is separate from takeout counter. Cashier is in the takeout counter. Brewed coffee is great, along with their chocolate cake. They don't serve service water. You have to buy bottled water. They have a toilet.

I love Cafe Amadeo that I wish they build a cozy and spacious space for all the tourists and travellers. Their current space is limited and quiet boring. Do not expect any picturesque view just the coffee.

This cafe not only offers coffee and pastries, but also houses various local delicacies making it a pasalubong center and a tourist hub. They promote their product which is called pahimis blend of coffee. Amadeo is indeed considered as the country’s coffee capital with how they develop and manage their coffee industry.

A tourist attraction that you must visit when you pass by in Amadeo. My go-to coffee shop whenever i crave for coffee since the trip is worth it. Love that their prices are very competitive plus the place and service is excellent. Staff are very welcoming and the ambience of the place relaxing.

Good coffee and pasalubong. The only complaint is it closes too early for a coffee shop. :D

We visited this place to look for coffee beans but we bought cafe latte instead. They sell variety of coffee beans here and other delicacies. They have parking infront of their cafe. Not sure if this place is pet friendly. Wheelchair is also not accessible.

The place is nice to have a coffee but it is about to close when we get here.. Staff are entertaining, they finish talking with us before they actually close the store.. We just bought 1kl of Pahimis ground coffee, arabica and cocoa.. Enough parking.. They say there is a farm at the back of the store but we didnt able to see it..

Perfect stop for a dose of rich capuccino or espresso you can enjoy with "kakanin" or local rice snacks. They offer the original Amadeo Pahimis blend which is a lovely mix of prime coffee beans-liberica, excelsia, robusta and arabica. Good spot to refresh especially when you need to get back to a longer journey to Batangas or further.

Great brewed coffee at a very reasonable price. Business is owned and managed the the Amadeo Coffee Cooperative.

Its a relatively large, quaint restaurant along the highway. It has a parking space in the front, with a good view of the whole place. Once you enter, you get to see a showcase of cakes and other specialty. Try their suman. OMG. It speaks for itself! Their coffee menu boasts of a variety of blends thats not seen in mosy cafes. Inside you get to purchase some of their items like chocolates for a good price. If you are an avid coffee lover, they sell coffee by grams and kilo and you get to choose the packaging you want. Just ask their roasting date so you can get the best. Im just torn between the possibility of a bit of improving to a bit modern touch and maintaining its original look. Overall, its a good side trip 😁

Coffee ☕ authentic from Amadeo, Cavite, the coffee capital of the Philippines 🫰 The best partner for Suman sa Liha with muscovado sugar 🥰

It is located next to the police station on the way to Tagaytay. You can drink it coolly at the store. Coffee and cocoa are also sold locally. The price is reasonable and it is the pride of Philippine coffee.

  • 5/5 Eric S. 1 year ago on Google
Cash only. Great service. Great staff. Info on the web said they closed at 5 pm so we went to another place and bought some coffee. Our trip back to Cavite took us right by Amadeo Cafe and guess what? They were open (until 7). Civet coffee and regular. Coffee here cheaper than the other place. A co-op type situation. Love supporting local, etc. Make the trip.

  • 5/5 Prince Jared D. 1 year ago on Google
Staff was helpful with describing the different blends they offer, such as why you shouldn't get a purely robusta blend if you want flavor. I don't see any photos of the grinder and press they're selling so here they are. I got them for less than 400 pesos each and I gotta say they work well. If you're just beginning with the craft of brewing the tools they offer should serve its purpose well. Then you can go and buy a roasting machine. Overall the trip wasn't that hard. They're near a terminal so if you're coming from Dasmarinas where I came, go to Puregold Manggahan then take a jeepney that says Amadeo Terminal. It'll be near the end of the route. Would visit again when I need to replenish my coffee supply. Taste one of the Philippines' hidden culture from the coffee capital themselves.

Cozy. Everyone is attentive. Kuya guard is very nice and assistive when parking in and parking out. The coffee beans Pahimis variant pricing are reasonable although I wish they didn't have to do price increase. The tablea is awesome!

  • 4/5 Shoo F. 3 years ago on Google
Coffee made with love. They are open around 8am and closes by 5pm. The spot is so perfect before heading to tagaytay or anywhere to the south. They have varieties of coffee hot or cold. The sell local products from Naic, Tanza. Its a cooperative the help local farmers sell their products. You can only stay for 40 mins. Face shield and face mask is necessary. Sumannin mascovado is superb.

  • 5/5 fhey z. 2 years ago on Google
The food was great! And the ambiance of the cafe was very relaxing maybe because of the smell of coffee.

  • 4/5 Trish Danes S. 3 years ago on Google
Imagine this...as you park your car and open your door the first thing that greets you is the fragrant smell of coffee. Excelsa (barako), arabica, robusta and their own special blend are all available. Along with a coffee bar and few knick knacks to snack on.
