A little crowded in my opinion. But that is for a good reason. The place has a stunning view of Taal and people flock this place for the view and the ambience. Really worth the waiting in line. Great place to relax (after waiting in line for a long time, hahaha) But if you com here at 6AM (opening time), you'll be treated to a stunning sunrise in Taal... and the parking is relatively not crowded. Visit this place if your in Tagaytay.

I was flabbergasted when I saw their merchandise display of Tagaytay Starbucks Been There Series Mugs. We went to Tagaytay the other week looking for this mug but to no avail. This time they have plenty of stocks. The staff are attentive and accommodating. Cozy and spacious, ideal place to hang out with friends over a cup of coffee.

Perfect for under the fog coffee moments. Depends on the prevailing weather, but fog usually descends at around 7pm. It adds a different twist to your coffee.

Starbucks Summit R at Tagaytay is really nice. The drinks were of a good quality and really refreshing. The view was awesome and the staff very sweet kind and friendly. I wouldcrecommend this Starbucks to everyone visiting Tagaytay.

Cappuccino is not that great. Very uncomfortable sitting for long time if you want to work. Tables are so low or the chair is so high. Look at the picture! Place is small but they have outdoor which is good in the morning or afternoon. Parking is also available.

Nice quiet nook to concentrate on your work or study tasks. The veranda is a go-to place for quick meetup and alfresco dining if you wanna bathe under the sun for a while, otherwise I’ll recommend going inside a little bit more for a private space option away from the distraction.

Place is great for introverts since it isn’t a popular spot as compared to other starbucks within the area, place was also nice and cozy.

I’m not sure if the male staff on duty today was a new hire or not but he messed up a lot on my drink. So I’m lactose intolerant and asked with coconut milk but no whipped cream. When I mentioned to him that requested no whipped cream after the drink was made, he proceeded to scoop out the whipped cream from the drink that’s already contaminated. I had to throw away my drink because no Starbucks drink is worth the pain I would get on the road. I wish this branch had better customer service. You can still see parts of the whipped cream.

Nice place, and welcoming staff :) ambiance is so peaceful and quite you'll going to love staying here. Visit around evening less people but still would love the vibe.

As usual, good service and perfect ambience. Plus, it’s raining that time, my love for coffee is tripled when it’s raining.

Of course, we already know as it is, Starbucks coffee is great. Same standard prices 100 to 200 depending on size and add-ons of your drink. They've got pastries too. Plus the cold weather of Tagaytay, I always go for hot drinks when I visit here.

AMBIENCE Branch was chill and with lots of room to move around towards the middle. BEVERAGES I found it interesting that they were selling bottled water for a cause called Hope in a Bottle, plus they have Noah's Creative Juices and Manuka Honey Water. We enjoyed their Peppermint Mocha and Toffee Nut Crunch Latte; delicious and relaxing as always. SERVICE Simple and straightforward.

Always comfortable there... Before the crazy lockdown, this place was always busy...Used to meet my senior friends every Friday... After lockdown and morbid fear of senior citizens, it is a skeleton of what it was before... when it is open, it serves dam delicious real coffee at moderate prices..It is more for international customers who understand what real coffee should taste like

Sitting in the highest point of Tagaytay, very cozy and perfect for a night cap. Lots of people always here, not good to stay outside as it is windy and cold, bring jacket. After some coffee ☕️ and dessert 🍨 you think twice of leaving 😊

Crews consistently provide excellent service. They are incredibly cordial. Food and beverages are usually delectable. The setting is ideal for unwinding with a cup of coffee. The staff is doing a fantastic job of keeping the store tidy.

A good place for Starbucks coffee in a comfortable atmosphere with both indoor and outdoor seating. The upholstered leather chairs throughout the interior added to the comfort.

Dined here for a quick break from a long motorcycle ride. First time getting a taste of their tea and it was quite good. Ordered a chocolate flavored donut and a strawberry-flavored frappe as well for my girlfriend. We sat comfortably on the al fresco seats. Comfort room is an all-gender restroom.

Ambience: just like other branches, it also has an indoor and outdoor sitting area. It is a December afternoon, so when my kids wanted to sit outside, i expect to enjoy the extra cool breeze of tagaytay air while sipping hot starbucks, and i did. The cafe as with other branches have minimal decors. Food: my kids really loved starbuck's four cheese flat bread, i on the hand loved the cinnamon rolls. I also had their signature hot chocolate, while my kids had chocolate chip frappe. The taste is standard with other branches. Sweet. Service: fast service but due to influx of customers, had to wait in line for 10mins. No problem though, after getting my order, our beverages are served in just a couple of minutes. Parking: it is located within the robinson complex beside the summit ridge. Although parking space is ample, at peak hours and peak season, it tends to get full. Accessibility: easily located along the main road of tagaytay, along commercial area and can be easily found using navigation apps.

It can get a little crowded given that it's in Tagaytay. We visited on a Sunday evening and the place was packed.

Took 1 hour in que with 4staff instore?! Just to get a burnt taste like mud HOT MOCHA🤢, seems like the barista who made our coffee doesn't do his job properly.

You came here just for the view. The food and drinks as same as the other starbucks in the area. Its bigger than other starbucks location but its a nightmare to get in if u don arrive early. They wont allow u to enter if ur group is not complete. You will wait outside.☹️ There is a cap (2 hrs if i am not mistaken) on how long u can stay, else u will pay an exorbitant amount per hour.

Ambiance is good. Same as all SBs everywhere. Just don't go on weekends if you're not fond of long lines.

The staff were great even if there was a line outside they soldiered on. However they ran out of hot white mocha which made me sad because I fell in line for a long time out in the cold and come my time to order they don't have it available😞 Maybe for the sake of those falling in line outside the store, a sign or an update of whats not available will really be appreciated. I know its an extra mile but it would give customer an option to still wait and think about another order or leave to check another Starbucks store hehe

Maybe because we go here mostly late at night na. Theyll close 12mn at weekdays, 1am at Sat and 12mn at Sun.
