Positive: Beautiful and scenic view with the cold Tagaytay breeze. Negative: 1. Parking - We have to roam within the area for 30 minutes just to get a parking space. 2. Long queue - waited for almost 2 hours to be able to get a table for us to dine. Most of the people got mad because of the bad crowd control of the staff. 3. Expensive food not worth the price - We ordered iced coffee more expensive than SB. Black smoked pasta that taste so bland worth 500 plus. A pizza worth 600 plus with few toppings. 4. Long queue for toilet. 5. Unattentive staff. I am very disappointed. Even the beautiful ambiance wouldn't suffice what we experienced here at Napa.

Interesting combination of good food and self service. Highly recommend the Fried Cheese and Bacon Burger. The Vietnamese Coffee was also quite good. Interesting multilevel dining areas that were open to alfresco balconies overlooking lawns and trees. Parking is paid and 200 php.

We've been to Napa yesterday, it was indeed a crowd though they're practicing social distancing. If you're looking for an ambiance, its a good place to stay. But when it comes to food and service, i wont even recommend it again. We ordered a pumpkin soup and its taste sour which is not the normal taste, we informed them right away that there is something wrong, so the waiter get the soup and waited again for a long time. After waiting the taste is the same and even bland. The price is not worth it. Servings are small, service is not good. If the manager only approach us, un-fornately they dont know how to apologize. #NAPAnis PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE πŸ₯Ί

Great place to relax and eat here at crosswinds tagaytay. The food were delicious. I would like to highlight the seafood pasta, chicken chili wings and the innovative orange espresso. The place theme is classic but gold and I like it. A place for a couple's date and also for family dining. I will definitely come back to try some of their menus.

Pros: -Breathtaking views. -Cold weather (bring a jacket especially during December or Rainy season). -Nice ambience. Cons: -Foods are a expensive , selective food menu can be considered. -The food cools quickly. -Self-service yet you may request something to the waiter. *Better go weekdays. Avoid going when holiday or weekend.

Charming rustic ambiance, warm and inviting. The menu boasts delicious, homestyle dishes using fresh, quality ingredients. Attentive service completes the delightful dining experience. I will definitely go back!

HYPE ONLY Honest review πŸ“Œ Instagramable, picturesque place πŸ“Œ Food is quiet expensive. Given it's price, you will expect that there should be something unique and special to the taste of their offered menu or at least; a huge serving. Sadly, there's none. You're just really paying for the view. πŸ˜” πŸ“Œ Is it worth to come back? For me, NO.

Food court experience in a very nice place with a fantastic view. Upon arrival they direct you to a waiting area then call you by megaphone. It's self service, you line up single file. They'll tell you that your orders will be ready in 30 minutes, and you have to come back to the counter to pickup your food, get your water, condiments etc. Food is "okay" not great.

They charged total of 1kphp to stay: 300php now for the parking and 700php consumable food. Overpriced food, coffee is 280-300php each which tasted ordinary though Marble Mocha is good. Pizza is worth 910php which is small serving. Just go here if you want a great view in Tagaytay but not for the dining experience. Also, one of the counter is so rude that she put away the menu from us when we are checking it. She should have asked first before getting it from us. Not a good customer experience. And also 1 CR each for male and female that’s why it has long line. They should have added more for what we are paying!

Very nice ambience and awesome nature view. Pets are allowed and the staff are accommodating. The food was great too, just a bit pricey.

It's all about the experience, a feast for all your senses including that vibe you get from communing with nature and connecting your soul to the serenity of the place. It is feeding your mind body and soul.

Super long wait for food that's pricey. The ambiance is beautiful though I guess that's what you pay for. I asked for a condiment and it took me 10 minutes to get it from the counter. My advice is to try this when the hype goes down or go during off peak

Great atmosphere and ambiance. Though there might be alot of people on the place as always. Food and drinks might be a bit pricey but the serenity you will feel on the place is also one of the things you paid when you get there. A receipt is needed upon leaving the place knowing that you really went there to eat and buy stuff since they will not allow anyone to just go there and just take pictures. :)

No waiter service at this resto, you need to pay and get your order. Clean as you go.. atmosphere is 5/5. The food is great, the price is a bit expensive. Expect that their serving is not good for 2, its enough for 1 person only. Overall the view and place is so relaxing. Recommended for nature lovers. One more thing, If you have time to leave..it's better to visit here on weekdays.

Cuatomer service needs to improve. Maybe they were exhausted given the swarm of people wanting to dine. Still, that's no excuse for less than hospitable customer service. Food is alright, pricey but nothing to rave about. The paella tasted like java rice.

You go to a place like this to relax. To sit there and enjoy the view and the conversations that come with it. But!! The Place was nice, Really nice ( ambiance, decors and the location itself ) They usher you to your seat and leave you with a menu and tells you to go to the front to order your food. After ordering the give you a device,( same as what milk tea places use) that buzzes with flashing lights when your food is ready. I'm ok with that. But it defeats the sense of just being there to relax and not have to get your own food. Not asking for fine dining service but at least bring our food to our table. Price is not cheap either so you will expect a bit of service sana. How was the food? Basic , nothing really fancy or special. Will i be returning? To tagaytay yes. But a different restaurant this time

Rating the place for good ambiance. Food a bit expensive. You can bring your own food as there are places outside where you can eat. Best to arrive early.

this rustic mountain home style cafe is situated near the tagaytay viewpoint overlooking everything south of the capital. You'll be needing your own ride to get here, and it is packed; albeit for good reason. Make sure to wear your trail or comfy walking shoes as parking here is hard to come by as it's usually full during lunch and supper time. you might be up for a bit of hiking amidst the pine trails... but still in a good way. Queues are to be expected unless you're super early. NAPA features european quisine, I recommend the rustic pizzas and breakfast options. I'd stay away from the seafood. Pet friendly place, staff are very passionate and helpful to say the least. Seating type may vary depending on availability. Lots of good Photo spots, a must try.

This cafe if one of the famous spots when you're in Tagaytay. You get to enjoy the view of nature, a lot of instagramable spots, and very relaxing ambience. It was like house turned into a cafe and the rustic design was very welcoming. For the food, it can be considered expensive but I think it worth a try and the food turned out to be pretty good. The food arrived fast and they have a self service kind so you need to pick-up your order from the counter. It's not very accessible to the public I can say and it's pay parking. I suggest you go earlier as it gets full during peak hours.

Foods are great. just have to wait for about an hour before we get seated. Instagrammable place. Pets are allowed. Need to pay 500 for the parking fee (100) and the 400 php is consumable. voucher to be presented to the cashier upon order.

The food is very pricey but the view and ambiance is worth it. It gets crowded during peak hours. It's hard to enjoy your meal because everyone, literally, is trying to take photos of everything. So if you want privacy and be intimate, you might want to visit somewhere else.

Place was beautiful and very instagrammable. However, I found the food underwhelming, hence the 4 stars. We ordered pizza. We just parked on the side of the street which is a 2 minute walk from the entrance. Lots of other shops similar in vibe to Coffee Project can be found in the complex where Napa is found.

Perfect place to retreat, if you love vintage, this is for you, this place makes you feel like you're at Italy, at the restaurant, alone, sat down next to the window by a dim light, listening to vintage piano, reflecting and appreciating life is at the moment while the cold wind gushes to you. Sweet smiles of other people infects you with such joy leaving you a strange melancholy feeling of loneliness.

Third time’s a charm. Our first 2 tries were a fail, too crowded. Went on a Monday night, and the place lived up to its relaxing and cozy ambience. Food was good. Would’ve preferred they bring the food to your table and not pick it up though.

Food in general was alright nothing crazy special but I really liked the pumpkin soup. It was perfect with the gloomy weather that day. Love the view of the mountain range. Convenient place if you have a car. Otherwise, you’d have to walk from the main highway down to the resto.

Such a lovely place to relax and unwind. The price range of the food is quite expensive, but the atmosphere is worth it. It gets quite busy though and there are some seats that don't have that amazing atmosphere, but you have to be strategic to get that sweet spot (I recommend inside the restaurant because at night, the mosquitoes are out) and some of the seat locations are not PWD friendly so be careful! Amazing food and service is nice. A must try!

First time here and I must say we had a great time. We had breakfast last Saturday and ordered Clam Chowder, Truffle Pasta, Shrimp Poppers, Cafe Americano and Iced Latte. Food quality and services were great. Not to mention the ambiance, it was really an awesome experience. Will definitely go back here.

The place is so cozy and good for picture taking. We did not tried the restaurant food 'coz the LGU did not allowed the kids to roam around. Foods and drinks are all expensive.

We took a short trip to Tagaytay and after touring around we decided to try Napa the Location is scenic and you can take photos at the place, the staff are friendly and the food tastes great although a bit pricey but still good for the price. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely will try other dishes as well πŸ™‚

The Napa Cafe is one of the coffee shops that most people from the urban visit when going in Tagaytay. One of their go-to places are the ones that are good for relaxation away from the hustles and bustle of the city. My verdict regarding their menu is a bit expensive compared to other cafes but I appreciate how they made their chowder soup, because it was savory. In addition, the rustic pizza was indeed a good starter too. One of their best tasting coffee for me is their Vietnamese coffee because it was strong for my taste and has that aromatic smell. A bit pricey but has that relaxing ambiance that’s great for family and friends.

While the place is great itself, there are lots of pesky insects/bugs especially at night. But this can all be fixed with zappers (I think? πŸ˜‚). Food is really good and well prepared but is just the usual. It will be great if they have a specialty or unique find. 4 stars still. Great staff, very accommodating! Instagrammable! Follows health protocols which made us feel safe during our stay. πŸ‘πŸ½

This is not the place for you if you are on a budget. All of the foods on the menu are expensive. The view, the ambiance, the serenity and the entire experience are good. This might be the reason for the price. They have indoor and alfresco dining. If you are a nature lover, try the alfresco dining where you will have a great view of the forest. It is surround by trees. Better to visit this place during weekdays to avoid influx of people. Parking is available. Basic rate is Php100.00.

The food and drinks are a bit pricey but they all taste delicious and worth the buck. The place is also well designed and offers a relaxing feeling, away from the chaos of city life. When visiting during the weekend, there is a waiting time before you are allowed to go inside.

This place is great, nothing bad to say about this place, good view, relaxing ambiance, nature experience, I think foods and beverages are great as well, this location is superb even you're in the Philippines this place will make you feel like you're on other country, only thing that you need to keep in mind is that the cafe here doesn't accept online payments they do their transactions by cash basis, heart heart po this place β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️

Finally, after so many failed attempts to dine at this place, we made it. Must be our lucky day, with a parking slot right beside the entrance. Parking fee is P100. Orders are placed at the counter. Many of the items are not available when we visited. They have the usual pasta meals, burgers and paellas on top of other pastries. If you're on a tight budget you'll have to reconsider. Cost of drinks starts at P200 whether hot or cold. Have to wait for quite a bit before orders arrived. Food presentation is good but not the quality and taste. For two pax dining at this place ranges from 1,000-1500, depending on the food you'll order. Friendly staff. Food has the same semblance with the other restos under the same group.

The ambience is really nice. Love the rustic vibe. We waited about 10 mins before we were allowed inside. Food is pricey but it's good and the serving is good for sharing.

Popular cafe inside crosswinds Tagaytay - waited for 15-20 min before we were allowed in. And this was a Wednesday afternoon at 2pm! Views from inside were great. As the other reviews said, the food is good but a bit overpriced. For example, you would expect 1-2 more elements in The long drive breakfast given its price. Vietnamese latte is a big thumbs up! The truffle burger was also yummy.

Napa is a happy and relaxing place in the middle of the woods. (hehe I felt like I was in Harry Potter or in a different place in time.) The ambience is great, the place have different wood display and I loved it,some were vintage. The staff were friendly and nice. We ordered Pecan Carrot cake and Iced Borgia but it's quite pricey.

  • 3/5 Maryll L. 2 years ago on Google
The food is okay but quite overpriced.. you can get the taste for much lower price but i think the high price is because of the place's the ambiance. It is overlooking a hotel (not sure what hotel) and the furniture and aesthetic is instagrammable. You can appreciate the place more during nighttime.

Breathtaking place especially at night, almost all areas were instagram-worthy. Food was good i especially liked the Rustic Salad and the Long Drive breakfast. But really too expensive it almost feels overrated πŸ˜… the crew is friendly but much of it is also self-service
