    Since store is closed we used the online service. I have used online services for long time, but this is the first time where the customer service is so bad. My order arrived damaged/broken from the transport and after two contacts( by email, because the telephone call center simply doesn't reply after long time on line), and I still haven't got a reply or solution. Worst online service ever, not going to use it again.

    On Feb 14th I bought 25 products online and paid €39 for delivery at home. On Feb 19th they delivered less than half of the products and apparently the carrier had lost the remaining items. Every time I call them, they admit that some products were forgotten and someone will call me soon to reschedule delivery. Until today, I don't have the products and I didn't get my money back, despite numerous calls and emails.

    Worst customer service experience ever. Don't fall for their "segunda vida" green washing and save yourself a trip to IKEA.

    If you are planning to purchase a kitchen look elsewhere, which hurts to say as a Swede. Horrible experience, parts not arriving multiple attempts (wrong parts delivered several time), installers damage items, floor and the kitchen they attempt to install. The Kitchen is still not installed 2 weeks after scheduled. Countless hours spent on-hold when contacting “customer service” There surely must be better options than IKEA.

    Shop is okay. (Review got deleted) so here you have it back. Phone service. Not so. Actual Customer Service. Thats missing. Feedback for your CS team on the phone. Customer in queue for more than 20 minutes, not good. Transferred trice to a wrong departement, not good. No resolution afer 30 minutes. Not good. Picking up and transferring. (I hear that someone is picking up and putting me back in the queue). Let your employees do what they are hired to do, the only IKEA with a bad experience..afterservice I mean.. I started typing this message while on the phone and said to myself, maybe its busy or they are training new staff, lets not send this yet or at all depending on the tone of the conversation and solution until 25 min were past. Which is now. So, IKEA HQ, losing money is solvable ;). Having a brands image damaged by employees (cs department; voice/face of the company) not so easy solvable. Gud luck

    A well organized and well priced furniture store. I have shopped in a number of Ikea stores but I found this location to be the most spacious. They also have a very good clearance section near the checkout area. Don't miss it. The cafeteria is also very nice. Plus they have clean bathrooms and ample free parking.

    Not sure why so much hate, but I've never had a single issue with Ikea. I think their customer support is great and their products is also of really good quality.

    Excellent! Everything you need. The staff is very nice and helpful . Even the security people and the police. They even called a cab for me. Otherwise I would have to spend the night there.. Ten stars for the service!

    My experience with the customer support and delivery service was deeply unsatisfactory. The lack of helpfulness, undelivered shipment, contradictory information, and abrogation of customer rights regarding their buyback policy all contributed to a disappointing encounter. The level of service falls far below expectations.

    Items constantly out of stock or discontinued. Rarely does sales. When they do, they do them on items of which they have only 2 units in the whole country (!), they don't ship/deliver them to parts of the Lisbon district (!), both units sell overnight (?!), and they don't restock until after the sale (!). No contact form. No e-mail support. Chat support is just a virtually useless bot. Must repeat yourself multiple times to reach a virtually useless person who can't help you and basically just repeats the information on their app or website.

    Good planification service. Special mention to the planification of kitchens staff; they are extremely professional, give good advice and suggest new ideas to solve any situation. There wasn’t the range of forniture I expected but I give all the stars for the dedicated staff.

    This is best place we always visit for our purchases and since 2015 I’m buying stuffs from this ikea . Recently got very bad experience due to some changes . Below picture product need to buy trough one of staff in the store . You need ti go then and ask for the payment sheet . And this point you have to depend on the person and you have to please them . Not every person nice in that point some of the staff behave rude and if you don’t speak in their slang you have to face bad experience. Students and tourists are facing this issue frequently. Ikea should take action to prevent this kind of behaviour. It’s shouldn’t allow here . Hospitality is very important for industry this really need be there . Should monitor this from management. Hope this will change soon. Good luck 🤞

    big store with different exhibits for the public get inspiration on how to use and style their items. the restaurant is always packed but the line goes by quickly! the meatballs with the gravy were amazing as always and I definitely recommend finishing off with the cinnamon roll

    This is the most ridiculo, inefficient store I’ve been to in my life. You have to walk a whole kilometer through a maze just to buy anything, like a single light bulb. No I don’t want to look at your damn cribs or fancy mason jars

    Awful customer service experience. I was on the fence between a firm and extra firm mattress and was told by an associate that I could exchange firm for extra firm if I called the Customer Support number before it shipped, so I went ahead and ordered firm. I then read reviews about the firm being very soft and so decided I wanted extra firm; I called Customer Support, and I was then told that I could not exchange it and would have to sit until it I received it to return it. I called to return it, many dropped calls and 2.5 hours later, I was told that I had to pay 58 euros to have it exchanged. Awful.

    A big, very Ikea store, lots of different products, a very affordable restaurant that offers lunch, and early dinner options. A kids playland, the demos setups are very helpful for evaluations of products in specific settings. A lot of public parking spaces, as well as click and collect options. At the entrance, you find cheap fast food (hot dogs and pizza) and a small supermarket of Swedish food. Returns and exchanges are made on the entrance floor. Furniture pricing is not cheap but fair and designed better than expected.

    I expected much, much better. My experience was... 1. They cancelled an important item from my order as " no stock" and refused to add it back to the order two days later when they had new stock. They expected me to make a new order and pay another shipping charge. 2. Don't bother with online customer "chat" service. They are unhelpful and rude.

    You can get almost everything here. Good service, easy to buy if you know the system. Good lunches, famous for the Swedish meatballs! Easy and inexpensive to get the goods transported to your home, only drawback, you have to mount the pieces yourselve.

    The store is huge and has a great showroom. Most items you see on the app are available on Alfragide, most times you get everything you need. The online purchases and click and collect also work really well. Besides shopping, it has a great cafe and restaurant with really cheap options. You can go by bus, but the Uber I. Lisbon is quite cheap, so it’s always better and easier.

    Love walking around and looking at all the design ideas of different rooms. I fell in love with so many. The best part was when we stumbled on the restuarant. 🙆‍♀️fell in love with the food. Really good way to end our visit.

    After spending 2 hours shopping - we came to eat meatballs with 2 kids. And just before going to restaurant line my son wanted to the toilet. After 2 minutes the line was closed at 21-32 exactly. I asked a woman to let us in, but she was rude and refused. Very bad!

    Standard IKEA store, everything was fine except the staff here are not interested in helping at all. I tried to ask two people for help finding something but they just said they were busy doing something else and will come back later (and of course, didn't come back).

    Ikea has seen better days for sure, products in general are still good, but the way you get to buy their larger side products is atrocious: 1st you need to go to an ikea employee , ask for a product you want (and has to be the specific area of the product) , after that they will print you this invoice describing all the items you want. 2nd - you need to go all the way down first floor to pay your item. 3rd - after all that, you need to go to this specific designated area where they call people order number to get your item. Mind you there's like 40 other people waiting as well for their furniture, so you end up waiting 30 min/40min for something that used to take 5 to 10 min tops. And by the way if you try to order online and pick on a store they charge you an extra fee for some reason... You guys need to rethink your store concept.

    I have purchased many items here and always have had a great experience...Folks are friendly and helpful...What is funny coming from the U.S. nobody eats at Ikea in the U.S. where in Portugal it´s family day...Resident and supporter of the economy of Portugal since 2016
