    Impressionante, tinha um exame marcado para 14h15, seguido de uma consulta às 15h. Acostumado ao atendimento na cuf ou no hospital da luz, chego 10min mais cedo. O que é certo é que já passou quase uma hora e ainda estou a aguardar que me chamem na recepção. 3 pessoas a atender em um dito hospital particular! Agora é, decidir se vou-me embora devido a falta de competência por parte de quem gere a o atendimento da receção, ou se marco no hospital da Luz. O que é certo é que hoje, não sou o único a reclamar desta incompetência. Péssimo serviço, pior que um hospital público. Ps - dado á demora vi-me forçado a marcar em outra unidade hospitalar exames e consultas. Abraço César Guerra

    I am very upset. I booked appoitment 2months ago, and today is this day. I am Waiting 1,5h for appoitment and they forget about me! They did not know what should do. I left prescription for exam because they didnt give me back. And mow they are asking about that. Very unprofessional… im still waiting even if they told me that they calling me now. It is stupid. Never again!!!

    In February 2020 i had to use the emergency room of this hospital and the service was very fast, polite and in English. As soon as the front desk finished my registration, Dr. Mario P. Pinta was ready to help me. He also consulted me on the best remedy, diet and rest for my painful condition and gave me a detailed prescription. I was very relived at the time of my visit. And i am very grateful ever since. It cost me $32.50. I am recommending Trofa Amadora ER to all my acquaintances and i know some people had already used the service and got a quick (no waiting time!) and very good medical help.

    Not trustable staff, receiption told they accept Allianz dental seguros and didn't accept to pay before visit, and after visiting doctor they didn't accept my insurance and charged me as a particulares!!

    Very beautiful and totally new build up hospital. Very clean and the stuff is very competent. We had no waiting times, because we were the only customers, so i think it's a little top secret to see quickly a competent doc.

    (Translated by Google) I booked an ophthalmology appointment over the phone, for the 5th of September, where I was told I would pay €55. On the appointed day I went to the service desk where I was told that I would have to pay €105!! I questioned the reason for this value, when they told me that it would be 55€, and they replied that spot exams were already included. I found it strange, as they still didn't even know what my complaint would be and they told me that if I didn't do some exam, the value would be returned to me. I paid the amount requested. At the appointment, I explained to the doctor what took me there, and what was done was an eye exam and a prescription for glasses. THIS WAS NOT THE REASON FOR BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT. I asked the doctor again about the problem that took me there and then, during the consultation, the doctor explained to me that she would like to do an exam in which she would have to put some drops, which would make my eyes burn and my eyes would be cloudy. for about 5 hours, if I was willing to do it, WITHOUT EVER EXPLAINING THAT THIS EXAM WOULD HAVE AN ADDITIONAL COST AND HOW VALUED IT IS!!! I said yes and then I linked it to the conversation I had at the counter, if I said I didn't want to, they would refund the money. What is my surprise when the next day they call me from Trofa asking for €86.47 more for an exam performed!!! And without telling me the name of it!!! We are not really talking about a low value for most citizens and in my opinion they acted in bad faith by not informing me of the cost of the exam in due course. When they asked me if I wanted to do it, I thought it would just be because of the inconvenience it would cause. On the 7th, I called Trofa to clarify this situation, because the lady who initially called me asking for the aforementioned amount, could only say that if I didn't pay, I would have accrued interest. There the confusion was general, they told me about the names of doctors where I've never been, exams from other specialties that I've never done, in short, total chaos. The name was mine, but the case would be someone else's! In a hospital where we pay and we pay well, I find it regrettable, to say little and be nice, this type of situation and the lack of respect for the user. (Original) Marquei uma consulta de oftalmologia pelo telefone, para dia 5 de Setembro, onde me foi dito que iria pagar 55€. No dia marcado dirigi-me ao balcão de atendimento onde me disseram que teria de pagar 105€!! Questionei o porquê desse valor, quando me tinham dito que seria 55€, e responderam que estavam já incluidos exames à vista. Achei estranho, pois ainda nem sabiam qual seria a minha queixa e disseram-me que se não fizesse algum exame o valor ser-me-ia devolvido. Paguei o valor pedido. Na consulta, expliquei à medica o que me levava lá, e o que foi feito foi um exame à vista e passada uma prescrição para óculos. NÃO FOI ESTE O MOTIVO DA MARCAÇÃO DA CONSULTA. Voltei a questionar a médica pelo problema que me levou lá e ai, no decorrer da consulta, a médica explicou-me que gostaria de fazer um exame em que teria que colocar umas gotas, que iriam fazer arder a vista e ficaria com a vista turva durante cerca de 5horas, se eu estava disposta a fazê-lo, SEM NUNCA EXPLICAR QUE ESTE EXAME TERIA UM CUSTO ADICIONAL E QUAL O SEU VALOR!!! Disse que sim e aí associei à conversa que tive ao balcão, se dissesse que não queria, devolviam o dinheiro. Qual não é o meu espanto quando no dia seguinte me ligam do Trofa a pedir mais 86,47€ por um exame realizado!!! E sem me dizerem o nome do mesmo!!! Não estamos a falar propriamente de um valor baixo para a maioria dos cidadãos e a meu ver agiram de má fé ao não me informarem do custo do exame na devida altura. Quando me perguntaram se o queria fazer achei que seria apenas pelo incómodo que provocaria. No dia 7, liguei para o Trofa para me esclrecerem esta situação, pois a senhora que me ligou inicialmente a pedir o referido valor, só sabia dizer que se não pagasse teria juros acrescidos. Aí a confusão foi geral, falaram-me em nomes de médicas onde nunca fui, exames de outras especialidades que nunca fiz, em suma o caos total. O nome era o meu, mas o caso seria de outra pessoa! Num hospital onde pagamos e pagamos bem, acho lamentável, para dizer pouco e ser simpática, este tipo de situações e a falta de respeito pelo utente.

    very bad experience with TROFA SAUDE lisbon . I called 10 time help line number and try to ask make one appointment with any one Dector :))))) she forced me to visit personaly at hospital then possible ....
