A clinic where you pay with your money, your nerves and your health. The only international about this clinic is its name: My negative experience in this clinic based on different aspects 1) just one of the receptionists is able to speak a bit English. The other don't 2) the doctor is hard to understand too. He gave me an appointment for a next visit when the clinic was closed! I made a two hours trip to stand in front of closed doors. Furthermore he gave me antibiotics and steroids against my ear noice/ tinitus problem which didn't improve the situation. He planed to make a surgery by opening my eardrum or something similar. I'm not sure as I didn't really understood him. 3) I had to return to my home country where they diagnosed chronical tinitus...it was too late for a real treatment they told me. The doctor of this clinic wasted my time with wrong and expensive medicine. Before I left Japan I asked the doctor of this clinic for a medical certificate for my university. He raised 30 euros for each (English, Japanese)! The description of my problems were NOT mentioned completely (like the CT I had wasn't written). Before I was writing him down what the certificate should include because he asked me but he just ignored it. Consequently I wanted to clarify things but he shouted at me that I cannot tell him anything about his work as I am not a doctor which is not the point. He made some "notices" afterwards, closed the certificates with a seal and forbid me to open it again. Total Kindergarten...so you as a client decide if you want to support such manner and technical skills or not. You pay with your money, your nerves and last but not least with your health.

Sad to report that this doctor displayed embarrassingly rude behavior towards me during the two visits I made to him. I will never visit his office again.

Very good service... When its open. Past 2 times I've come to the clinic, it has been unexpectedly closed despite information on Google and their site. It's not hard to update a schedule, or send some kind of notice. Fix this!

I was reluctant at first to go here as the reviews were low. However from my experience I found the receptionist to be kind and easy to deal with. I found nurse to be professional who also put me at ease being a foreigner. Lastly the doctor was kind and really great to do deal with.

Tried to communicate about making an appointment. Their rhetoric was cold and dismissive. I should have read the other reviews first before trying to even engage them.

Many negative reviews for a place I honestly had an almost perfect experience at. Had to find a clinic last minute and stumbled upon them on Maps. Extremely friendly staff, even with making the reservation by phone an hour before in just conversational Japanese. Just waited for 15 minutes after arriving and filling in the little bit of paperwork. The doctor was a typical older doctor, polite and did what he had to do. Even chatted happily for a minute after my blocked earcanal was fixed and ears were cleaned. Hearing tests were done afterwards, he explained the situation in detail and then elaborated in decent English. Guess to make sure I understood everything. It just went smoothly, check-up reservation was made for two weeks later and I picked up the prescription eardrops. All for a price similar to back in Belgium with actually way more aftercare and friendlier people, where I'd have to wait at least a week to get an appointment to get this done. I either came on a good day or other people are very picky and/or quick to get annoyed. All I can do is share my experience and thank everyone there today for their care ^^

Dermatology - only available on Tuesdays. The doctor speaks very good English and Japanese. When I went to my appointment, it was obvious that I was the last appointment of the day as everyone was already gathering their personal belongings. The receptionists were very short and rude to me, not even giving me long enough to fill out my basic information sheet as a new patient. I went into the doctor's office, wearing a mask, and the doctor had already diagnosed their skin issue I had without looking at my actual skin. He told me I was allergic to dust and sunlight without running any tests, looking at my skin, or speaking to me. The only information I had given was that I wanted to clear up my face from redness and acne. I tried to communicate with him (in English and Japanese) that I do not have an allergy and to please look at my face, and he quickly did. He then proceeded to change the prescription to something else very quickly saying that I was probably right, but he doesn't know. It all felt very rushed and that I was a bother to them for being there. I will not be returning.

(Translated by Google) It was good that the doctor's medical treatment and explanation were easy to understand, There is a strong pressure from some receptionists, and there are people with a cold and scary atmosphere without any words of concern. It takes more than 45 minutes to complete the accounting after medical treatment, and even then there is no pretense to worry about. Since this is a sick person, I think it would be better for the receptionist to learn a little more about how to use words and how to convey things. Unfortunately, I will not go to the hospital in the future because the doctor is a good person.

(Translated by Google) I visited you for a beauty treatment. All the clinics on the 4th floor of Herbis Plaza have a beautiful and bright atmosphere. [Received treatment] Dermapen. [Inside the clinic] There are 3 washbasins. It was clean with disposable hair bands and rubber. He also prepared a trowel so you can fix the rough hair after the treatment. ← Straight, curl 2WAY type [Counseling] It was a bright and easy-to-speak atmosphere without any push sales. The teacher is not a glaring person who seems to be in cosmetic surgery, but is relieved. [Treatment] The treatment did not hurt because the anesthetic cream was applied firmly. The nurse's hand was also very polite and healed. On the way back, everyone smiled and saw me off, and I felt that it was a nice clinic.

(Translated by Google) I was confused by the appearance and location, but I felt at home and the treatment was very polite. Especially the nurses are kind and very reassuring. Please note that the consultation hours differ depending on the dermatology department and the otolaryngology department.

Stay away! Worst ENT doctor ever! I would have put down below zero star if there was that option. I was desperately looking for an english speaking ENT doctor due to my worsening symptoms but could not make it for Wednesday 20 Sept. They closed on Thursday (it is said that most/all ENT clinics are closed on Thursday here in Osaka) so I managed to book for Friday. After filling in the form, I was taken in to see a male doctor in his late 50-60s I reckon. He was busy typing away in Japanese while asking about my symptoms. He did not even bother looking at me. I said I had been feeling pain at the roof of my mouth / palate whenever I tried swallowing. My throat was not scratchy/painful per se but more of a ticklish sensation rather. He turned around looking up from his glasses saying with a condescending tone: "ticklish? you don't make sense!" or/and something along that line. He then turned back to the computer typing again while asking if I was taking any med. To which I replied yes and showed him the photo of a Japanese herbal pills usually used for sinusitis (couldn't get an appointment on Wed because they were fully booked so I had to get a herbal OTC pills at the drugstore). Guess what his response was? "Stupid!", he said with laughter! I was shocked but pushed it aside thinking "hey I need a doc to check on me and this might be a lost in translation". The doctor carried on checking my throat and nasals then told me to go clean my nasals next door without saying much else. All that was in a span of 4-5 minutes. I thought I would then come back to continue the examination with the doc because the ears had not been checked and I also had further questions upon looking at the photos of my throat and nasals taken. But no, another couple after me were already in chatting away for really long. I expressed my surprise with the nurse who were very polite despite not speaking a single word of English. I tried communicating with the help of Google translate. I was planning to wait to continue the examination but then it was too long. I told the nurses and receptionist about what happened in the examination room with the doc, his attitudes and such towards me. They were all very apologetic but it was not their fault in any way. All that 4-5 minute examination costed almost 60,000 yen. I understand that private clinic is of course expensive but comes with it should never be this kind of service quality. I could hear the patient after me speaking with that doc at length so I did ask them how their examination go. They said it was decent so I wonder what the problem was with me there? Did racism involve there? Not until now do I have time to find this google page of the clinic to write this review but the lady posting the review prior to me seemed to have a problem a little bit similar to mine too. Basically BE WARE and stay away if possible.

The doctor is not accomodating. I am explaining my symptoms on my pain in the ear and neck then telling me that it is not his concern. I have a form indicated that i have some pain. If you are a foreigner dont go here. Should go to Raffles instead!

Worst doctor i have ever seen. Dont ever go to this clinic! The doctor is a male on his 50s - 60s. He is a bit racial, always will tell you stupid, non-sense. You went there for Doctors advised and paying them for proper treatment and you can receive those kind of words. That doctor is a Shame one! Dont go there and you will only waste your money!

Called today to make an appointment in English (since it was easier for me), the receptionist answered "I don't understand English!" In a very rude and condescending tone. When I switched to Japanese, she laughingly said, "See! You can speak Japanese, no need English!" And proceeded to decline my appointment to see an Orthopedic because "they don't offer that service"
