We
came
to
Yuki's
trattoria
on
a
Monday
evening
for
a
relaxed
birthday
celebration
and
had
a
fabulous
time.
The
food
was
authentic
and
delicious.
Yuki
cooks
traditional
Italian
dishes
with
fresh
ingredients
from
Italy
and
Japan
(the
rigattoni
bolognese
and
the
tiramisu
were
extraordinary).
Yuki
is
a
one
of
a
kind
chef
and
host.
There
is
not
set
menu,
Yuki
explain
his
dishes
with
passion
and
takes
the
time
to
have
meaningful
and
interesting
discussions
with
his
guests.
If
you
were
to
go
for
one
non-traditional
Japanese
meal
during
your
stay
in
Kyoto,
this
should
be
it!
Thanks
again,
dear
Yuki,
for
this
memorable
and
special
evening.
