A real cabin in the woods! The hospitality is amazing with Tracey always going the extra mile. The gardens and surrounds are well kept and absolutely beautiful. Peace, relaxation and nature with a breath of fresh air while trees, mountains and wildlife abound. 🤩

Beautiful small camping spot, accessable for smaller caravans. Big trees with lots of shade and beautiful lawns. A small dam for fishing and canoeing. Nice lapa for the rainy days. Reasonable rates. I keep coming back

Thank-you Tracey, for your friendliness, hospitality, help & bag full citrus off your trees. Very small camp but lovely surroundings with big log lapa, perfect for morning tea in the rain. Canoes, table tennis, cricket bat's, trampoline, foofy slide. Nature all around - chickens, peacocks, birds (even a hamerkop). Walking distance to mountain hikes

This is our 5th visit to Wattlechop. As always the hospitality is awesome. The cabins are very comfortable. We make a point of staying here every time we pass through Stutterheim. Thank you, Tracy, for being you and always putting a smile on our faces.

Great atmosphere. Friendly people. Clean. What more can you ask for.. Camp out right at the edge of the dam👌 noise free with just the sound of birds chirping. At the top of my list for a family favorite.

A beautiful scenic and well cared for place to camp. Lots of things to do i.e. fishing, canoeing, swimming in the dam, table tennis etc.The lapa makes it an all weather good experience. Firewood is very,very reasonable. Ideal place to caravan for month or a weekend with the family. Highly recommended.

Lovely family getaway, open spaces, canoeing for the kids, very need and comfortable beds, only problem, the electricity always goes, and for long periods, seemingly a service delivery problem

A beautiful setting with real charm. Love the dam for fishing and canoeing. Undercover braai area with smalle bar in a deck. Ideal place for caravanning and camping. Near hiking trails and forrest.

Lovely campsite next to the dam. Very nice facilities, the boma and fridge were a bonus. Fantastic host.

Very nice relaxing place, Friendly hosts very helpful if you have a problem, nice and clean accommodation, everything you want, away from home you get at wattle hop, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
