Stay wise, one of the best properties for the given price. Absolute value for money in terms of Rooms. But quite a disappointment in terms of restaurant. Service at morning breakfast is absolutely slow. Might as well book rooms with breakfast and have outside en route. Location wise very close to TB dam.

Rooms were neat,clean and spacious. You can find parking place and restaurent inside this Hotel. Each Room cost approx 3000/night (as of 08/05/2022)based on availability and bookings. This cost may vary during weekends and Government Holidays.

The hotel and restaurant were good, The food was not as good as expected. The restaurant is neat and clean and well maintained. Staff behaviour is nice but not the best. The area around the hotel is not maintained. A little outside the city.

Very Old Property; but well maintained. Decent hotel to stay for a night or two. Tidy rooms, good staff, parking is plenty. All necessary amenities are given. Restaurant is decent; service is a bit slow, but it's okay. Property is very close to TB Dam (Pampa Sagar), literally walkable distance.

Absolutely no room service. Bad restaurant. Very few dishes in restaurant. Very bad service in restaurant. No water for drinking in rooms. No response from any hotel person. Highly disgusting hotel.

Great service from restaurant staff, can't believe we have a govt run department that provides this level of great service. A true gem among KSTDC properties. Hey KSTDC management, why can't poeple at your other locations be this professional, caring and friendly? They stuck to rules, they would not allow early check-in, but were fair and friendly. Restaurant is expensive and food is hygenic but the staff hospitality is A plus.

It was good hotel to stay. Rooms were spacious. Staffs were very cooperative. Restaurant served very hygienic and testy food. Only I found some improvement was required in room service.

The food at mayura hotel was horrible ..evertime i finish dinner, i get stomach issues It was so hot in the room, when asked for AC room they denied The hot water for drinking was so pathetic it has foul smell each time, except once.... More precisely the food is very dangerous and don't have much options too...

No frills government run hotel with clean rooms and a decent restaurant and a beer bar. The air conditioning is switched off sometime during the night and turned on at around 7 in the morning which I found weird.

Everything from check in to check out was a delight, whether conceive, service, politeness, courtesy or quality of food, it's awesome. Manjunath at restaurant served customised meals to suit our choice

Service is pathetic ,food is below average. Hospitality is very bad.only reception team is responsive other staff is unprofessional. Only advantage is it’s located next to TB dam.Bathrooms are unhygienic.

Rooms are good, big and clean considering overall options in hosapete, hampi. Staff are also helpful. However restaurant is pretty average with very limited options.

Food is okish. Restaurant has limited options. Staff are slow and often not helpful. Airconditioning was off. It was suffocating and hot but the staff ignored and did not bother about our discomfort.

Very poor services. We paid for almost 3000 for one night for 4 members but there isn't any kind of proper services maintained by the management. No proper water, no ac no room services and even also only a very limited channels a bare minimum numberan nothing. Just for the aesthetic the room looks good in pictures but even it isn't that great in live experience. I don't recommend it for family people who are visiting

Morning 9am only most of the items were not available or taking more than 30min for dosa. Crowd was also less. Idli taste like same hospital canteen idli.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The moment we checked in, we found out that our bathroom exhaust fan and wash basin light were not working. Immediately we informed the Manager but he straight away told that the electrician is on leave and so he can't get these things repaired. Is only 1 electrician available for all KSTDC hotels in Hospete ? Can't they check the room before handing over ? Bathroom and Furniture never got cleaned even once during our stay. The service given by Manjunath was good. But it seems that he was underpaid as he was eagerly waiting for tips every now and then. That did not go well with our group of 9 tourists. Food was good.

Mayura is maintained by KSTDC and I had the opportunity to stay here because of my North Karnataka tour. The rooms are great and service is satisfactory for something which is maintained by the government. Across all Mayuras I have felt the food and establishments are very standard and this hotel is no different. Not sure how the prices, booking and availability of rooms vary if booked externally but it is great if you are doing one of the KSTDC bus tours.

Nice hotel. Good staff. Rooms are good. It's very old hotel, you will feel vintage touch. It's have all modern amenities.

Service and courtesies are awesome. Service options are limited. They should provide towels before check-in. Restaurant should have more choices. Lifts should be added for old age people. Hot water kettle should be given.

Nice place to stay, Spacious clean rooms, Good taste and quality of food, walkable distance to TB Dam, and 14 kms away from Hampi (Virupaksha, Matang, Other places of interest) Mr.Kevin (Manager) was very helpful to guide. One can stay if travelled by owned vehicle

Although the building is old but rooms are renovated with modern amenities. Neat room and bathroom, with flat screen TV and AC .Ample parking spaces are available. Near to TB around 100 Mtrs. A very special thanks to the property manager Kevin he was very calm and polite and made stay more comfortable. Really appreciated. Some improvements can be done: More options for Breakfast. Water kettels

Hard to believe that this is government maintained. Clean and well maintained. Courteous staff. Monkeys on the property but not a hindrance. Good location close to tungabhadra dam. Food is decent. Used via kstdc

Room were well maintained. It is located very near to TB Dam. Restaurant has limited menu items but what ever was on menu will be tasty food. Recommended for stay if you are visiting Hospete and TB Dam.

Very near to TB Dam. Well cleaned room and bathroom. Food is also decent. Friendly staff. Only issue was -Wifi was not available, however network coverage was good inside room.

We just went there to enquire about room availability and the way we were received at responded at reception, it was like Atithi devo bhava. Awesome facility, value for money, best for families and spa opus and green landscape. Soon many more facilities to be added.

Its a good place to stay, it has been renovated Nd its completely upgraded to the new class hotels. Loved the place. TB DAM is near by Staff is very friendly Travellers from Telangana and andhra - note that the staff also knows Telugu

Worst hospitality ever. Only rooms were good. No room service available. Staff was also rude. Food was worst.

Kitchen staff is working for 16-18 hours per day in inhuman conditions. Management is least bothered about maintaining the property, as they have alternate business to focus on. Watchman gives room allocation, no manager present on duty in day or night. KSTDC should change the management at any cost, the employees are facing terrible employment atrocities. Least to say, tourists are facing inconvenience and massive delays.
