Quick, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Especially Jennifer who was a fountain of knowledge and how not to get my particular ailment again. She was personable while being professional. I would recommend them to anyone. It took several doctors to find the problem and after looking at me, she was sure and told me why. She answered my questions and was thorough. Thanks Jennifer!

I was in and out so quickly this time! Probably only a half an hour from the time I walked in the front door. I didn’t wait even 2 minutes for the doctor to come into the examining room and was out quickly. Great experience!

I haven’t been feeling well and I asked to get blood work done. When I got there, I let the woman know that I was nervous about getting my blood drawn. She did the best job of keeping me distracted. I ended up passing out. They immediately made sure I was okay and took the BEST care of me. I have never felt so much kindness in a medical establishment before! Thank you to Mrs. Jennifer Licon and her team. And to the woman who drew my blood. I can’t remember her name, but she was SO kind. I appreciate you all.

The Georgia St location is best run urgent care I have been to. They honor appointments and get you through quickly. I have been twice and both times was in and out in 30 min. The only one I will go to from now on.

The check in was very slow. The ladies at the front counter were not very friendly. The nurse was amazing and the nurse practitioner was great. Asked if they were affiliated with BSA, they said no but one of them had a shirt that said BSA care express and the website said BSA so we were very confused by that. We almost left.

I usually love Care Express they’re a very good facility. The front desk was very kind and checked me in quickly so she gets a 5 star. When I was brought back I felt rushed. When the NP was looking in my ears throat and nose I don’t think she even looked she just shined the light at me. When I was having the swabs done it didn’t feel like they stuck it up my nose and they didn’t really reach it too far in my throat when they swapped for strep. They also take a lot longer at this location than the other locations despite feeling rushed through your appointment.

The office staff and NP were absolutely wonderful. They were really busy, but medical staff listened to my symptoms. Then got me in and out pretty quickly without feeling rushed. Thanks to a great Team!

Jennifer was very compassionate and caring. She truly care about what I was saying and listened. That’s very rare theses days. I will definitely go back to her for my health needs.

The facility was fairly easy to get into, however going next-door to Walgreens; it can take from 30 minutes to an hour for the prescription to get into their system, according to the pharmacy staff. 😷😩 I loved the doctor. She was very thorough and kind.

Professional, everybody seem to take a personal interest and I got more than my 15 minutes worth with the nurse practitioner. I wouldn’t hesitate waiting for the weekend for an appointment. Try not to do a walk in Louis take them you’ll have to wait in between.. patients who have gotten their appointment. I walked in at 10 AM not knowing about this but they got me in at 12:15 and I got some stuff done that I needed to do.

Brittany and Nikki made my day. I was having problems at the downtown BSA care express and those two were very kind to me and listened to my frustrations. I think Im in good care now!!!

They took care of my needs and were very nice. I did not have an appointment, but I did not have a long wait! My prescription was sent to the pharmacy and filled before I got back to work.

It was a bit of a wait for an overall short visit with the provider, but I like this clinic. Issues and concerns are addressed and then I’m out the door. Simple and sweet.

We have used this office for years and love it, but we are especially thankful for Jennifer Licon and all she has done to help keep our family well. Everyone in this office is so sweet and caring, and yet still loves to joke around. We appreciate the good humor in a dr’s office.

I called for an appointment but did everything else on-line...ie paperwork. Their app is very easy to work with. I checked in online and got right in. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and professional. I highly recommend them!!!

Excellent professional help! My Go To Clinic for immediate care when my primary doctor is not available. Staff wonderful and friendly and April, PA, was caring and listened to me, reviewed my vitals and symptoms and prescribed appropriate medication to put me on my path to good health!
