This location is on point 💯. From ordering online, the drive through, customer service to quality of food, location and cleanliness... No complaints. Awesome, courteous, professional and prompt. Food was delicious, well packaged and served. The way it's supposed to be done! Definitely recommend. Thank You 😊🥪

Their new interior design is not conducive to walk In customers. I have stood here a very long time waiting to get my order taken, meanwhile 7 or 8 customers have ordered and gone through the drive through. Arby’s please reconsider your design, as your employees cannot see walk in customers at all. The door alarm did make an obnoxiously irritating noise when I walked in, but I assume with all the noise in the kitchen the employees could not hear it. The lady who waited on me definitely tried to make everything right, but the obnoxious alarm going off inside made my dining experience less than pleasurable. If I had not have been on foot and disabled, I would have left. I don’t think this is the employee’s fault, just bad planning on the corporation.

Little slow due to shortage of employees. You could hear the manager fussing, she just needed chill pill, the food was excellent! They did an excellent job, even if there was a staff shortage. God bless those nice people?

Waited 10 minutes to order. Noone in line in front of me. Going on 15 minutes since I ordered and no food yet. Not busy either. Only 6 people in the dining room.

Not that "fast" but definitely worth the wait. I have never been disappointed in the food!

I love this Arby's on Coulter I have never given a review and its sad my first one is so negative. I always have great food but today I tired the WAGYU Steakhouse burger and it was dry, burnt and the patty only fit in the center of the bun. Won't ever order this item again. Thankfully it's not a permanent item.

It's Arby's. They're polarizing. You either love it or hate it. But me? I love Arby's. This particular location is fantastic. Friendly staff and prompt service.

Not a very good value for the money they charge! The staff was really nice, they should be paid better! Stop being greedy corporate overlords and pay your employees!
