Don’t ever dye your hair here. I wanted a bleaching and the color is the exact same as when I came in. The lady knew it wasn’t how I wanted and didn’t even offer to style it as well as charged me $120. I Will not be coming back. I left with wet hair and wet eyes.

My daughter wanted her tips dyed for her 10th birthday. She called in and made the appointment herself, as well as getting a basic price quote. I did the same behind her just to make sure. We arrived a few minutes early and began to wait. Each time an employee was able, we were nicely told it would be just a few more minutes. About 45 minutes after the appointment time my daughter made it to the chair. Once in the chair, she asked how long it would be because Dad didn't need to babysit a big 10 year old. 40 minutes at the most was the answer. A few more minutes or just a bit longer was the answer for the next 3 hours. When we got to the counter 4 hours after the original appointment to pay for the job that we were told would take 40 minutes, the bill was more than 3x what was quoted. Not wanting to destroy the birthday anymore, or explain how the birthday money wasn't going to be enough, I paid and smiled. Less than a week later the dye is nearly gone from 3 washes with the color saving shampoo. It isn't the price or the time, but rather the untruth. We won't be going back.

On)y 1 person there at the time I was there. Only 1 person was ahead of me and she was finishing up with another customer. Only had to wait about 25 minutes after I arrived as a walk-in customer. No discount for seniors and a little pricey at $ 22.00 for a 10 minute trim. Very pleasant and professional personnel.

do not go here. they don’t know how to cut hair. thought i’d give them another chance and they completely butchered my hair. they cut my bangs so short it looks ridiculous. (different stylist too) don’t waste time or money. ur better off doing it at home.

I called ahead and no one told me of the COVID guidelines. Or the wait. I even asked if I needed to make an appointment. Which is fine. I didn’t have a mask. They had none to offer. The lady then was rude and said well I have three people ahead of you. So it will be awhile. I was just trying to get my sons hair cut. Very very unprofessional. I took my business elsewhere.

Took my son here and they did a great job. Came back a while later for a trim for myself and I'm heart broken. I had a different woman, her name was something like rainwater. She did a terrible job. I understand you get what you pay for, but I only wanted a simple trim, thought anyone who's been to cosmetology school could hadn't such a simple request. I was wrong. Lost way more length than I wanted, even more than she seemed to intend. She just kept trying to get it even and taking more and more. I ended up recutting it myself at home because it was just so blunt and not what I asked for. Also, didn't notice the first time but it just didn't seem like the cleanest place.

The girl in here sat my daughter in her chair and her personal phone rang. She lied and told my daughter and me she was expecting someone. She answered with "hey babe" and proceeded to head to the back of the store and hold at least a 10 minute conversation before we decided to book it. I know it's not the best place anyway, but it's what my daughter wanted to try. She's old enough to make her decision. We left and found someone else. Shes very happy she didn't allow this woman to do it. Edit: the reply below 👇 is disgusting considering I wrote she answers the phone "HEY BABE". That's not business professional. I have over a million views on Google reviews. This place is 🗑️. I highly suggest going somewhere else. Especially NOT Joleen.

Amateurs are hired here. Got a fade that was so choppy and uneven for $24 and the lady acted like she got down on the haircut lol ended up going home and cutting it to a bald 0 ..jus a FYI
